Did take out. We love Okowa, I paid 5.00 extra for me and my husband to have fried rice, it was rice with a few peas and carrots. So bland. And the vegetables, the carrots were under cooked, and I got 2 pieces of mushrooms, and since when do u have those baby corns in there, not a fan of those, got 8 of those. Our shrimp was over cooked, as was my chicken. Salad dressing wasn’t the same either. Very disappointing, this was our early Valentines dinner. Very very upsetting.

We have sat at the hibachi bar and the food was pretty good. My birthday table of 6 all ordered hibachi and it was terrible. Everyone’s terrible. Over cooked, chewy. I ordered the filet and lobster…..$48.00. The filet was the equivalent of a dollar store steak and the lobster was like chewing on a rubber band. Unfortunately, not one of voiced our opinions to each, so the celebration wasn’t ruined. I won’t go back and neither will my friends and family.

I came here for my birthday and had the best experience. Their service was entertaining and interactive, with the chef squirting sake and tossing food into our mouths. The food was amazing. My favorite is always the sushi, I didn’t have a particular favorite. Everything was very well made.

We have had some good experiences here on several occasions but our recent one was soo bad it really hit hard. Generally we get the soba noodles beef or chicken, and the samurai steak. The food has historically been very good. On 12/20 when we went things started off rough. When the buses came with waters, he dropped one and unfortunately I took the brunt wearing it all right down the front of my shirt and pants. It was uncomfortable, but stuff happens, they moved us to a new table. We ordered our food and my daughter and I got our food very quickly. My son and wife were told their food would be out soon, so we waited to eat with them, about 5 minutes went by and our food started to get cold, so we ate. 30 minutes later after we were long done their food came. When they got their food the fried rice was really under seasoned and tasted like white rice with a little bit of stuff mixed in. Overall Okawa is solid, but this last visit definitely took some of the magic out for sure.

Food was ok, service was poor. Our meals were delivered to the table at different times, and one order was split in half with the chicken delivered 5-10 minutes after the noodles. They prioritized speed before quality, which isn’t acceptable at the price point.

Fantastic sushimi and nagari. We got seated immediately, and the staff was super friendly. The food was all delicious, too delicious to get many pics..lol. Prices were appropriate for the quality, I would definitely eat here again!

The sushi is wonderfully fresh and beautifully presented (see picture) making it a highlight of the meal. As a frequent traveler, it’s one of my favorite places to visit, and I eagerly look forward to returning again soon.
