Ordered at 7:30pm, get the food at 8:20pm, nearly 1 hours waiting. Gave me tab water but not gave me cups, chopsticks missing as well until I called. Yakiniku beef is not warm, temura is not crispy, chicken sausage is charred. disappointed with the service provided by Pratima. Taking handwritten orders and all missed, and showed a poor attitude.

As a bystander who witnessed this entire situation, this account is not an accurate reflection of what occurred. The restaurant was extremely busy due to Valentine’s Day, which was clearly evident to everyone present. Despite this, the staff — including Pratima — were patient, accommodating, and doing their best under very high pressure.
We personally observed that a complimentary meal was provided to address the concerns raised at the time. Orders were being taken manually due to the volume of customers, and while this understandably required a little patience, the staff handled the situation professionally.
The service we experienced was attentive and polite, and the food quality was excellent given how packed the restaurant was. In circumstances like this, some understanding goes a long way. From what we saw, the staff delivered the best service possible on an exceptionally busy night.

Came here midweek. Reasonably busy but service speed remained fast and friendly. Didn’t even need to ask for water to be replenished. We have dined here 3 times before and food quality remains very good. Parking is always easy. Will return again.

My friends and I truly love Okami. We have an amazing and special time each time we come here. The staff take great care of us.
Only complaint is that they removed the dessert fish from the menu.

Wonderful! The service here was great. There is a little wait at times but I would recommend to make an order when you first sit down and then peruse the menu at your leisure and order as you go. The food here is delicious and the menu is extensive. The home made green tea and black sesame ice cream are delicious. Can’t wait to go back.

After a last minute to decide to eat out we were lucky this place was able to squeeze us into a very busy night. Even though it was packed the food was extremely fast to come out once ordering. Delicious and it really is all you can eat. Staff are friendly will happily return many times.

– $39 a head for all you can eat is good when you can help yourself but when you are reliant upon others who aren’t particularly fast then not so good.

I know my list of the negatives seems overwhelming compared to the positives, but all said and done, it was a good experience.

Really great value sushi . The service is great, the food was even better and the food comes out really fast. We had the all you can eat and it was definitely worth it. They do charge 15% on public holidays so try and go on a weekday if you want to avoid that.
