Love the location of this ramen spot, great view of Pikes Peak from the sidewalk patio. Waiter is extremely courteous and helpful. Vegan/gluten free noodle and broth options as well as the classics. The vegan noodles were incredibly good, and the fried rice was some of the best I’ve ever had, which is a hard dish to differentiate yourself on, if you ask me. An easy 5 star visit to this location, will be back if I’m in Manitou!

Came in for dinner. Just 3 tables were taken, not busy at all. Waitress took our drink and appetizer order. Then brought back both and then took our food order. We ordered the crab rangoon, spring rolls, and a seaweed salad. We then ordered the Kimchi ramen and the tonkotsu pork belly ramen. Apps were delicious. The seaweed salad was never brought out so I did cancel it. Both ramen dishes were so flavorful and the pork belly was so tender!!! We will return!! Service was good. Any add ons cost $0.50

After coming back from Pikes Peak via COG Railway from 22F to 80F degree weather, we were mentally and physically exhausted. Especially when we were dressed in warm thermo hiking attire with snow boots.
We were craving ramen and spotted this Japanese joint the day before and decided to come in today. Upon entry, the dated Black and white interior screams at you.
We got greeted, seated and water came out
instantly but taking our order was about 10 minutes because only one person was working and she was handling the party next to us.
We shared Miso ramen under the lunch special. You can pick your choice of protein and we got pork belly. It came out with 4 small slices of pork belly that was still hard and chewy. It would be best to cook it longer to get the feeling of being melted in your mouth with all the fat. The broth is soy based so it’s light and savory.
We also got the Crispy cod fish bento lunch box. The bento came with miso soup, salad, rice, 2 piece gyoza, and 1 egg roll. The description said fried rice and 4 California roll but we didn’t get any of that.
The crispy cod was like panko breaded and deep fried. The egg rolls was mainly carrots but flavorful.

Let me start by saying that I have never had authentic ramen before. Boy, was I glad this was the first experience. We’ll start with what’s most important: Food. I ordered the House Special as that seems a sensible first dish at a new establishment. It was so delightful. There was so much variation in the texture and flavor of the various meats, but not at all in an overwhelming way. The spice was perfect and the flavor full! Aside from that, the staff was delightful, but above all, the owner, Elizabeth, was a true gem! She engaged both myself and my friend_ who even showed up without ordering_ in pleasant conversation and even answered numerous questions with joy. The ambiance was charming, and different from my experience in other Asian Cusine restaurants. It seemed an amalgam of traditional and modern, which to my eyes and ears was quite soothing. If you are in Manitou, eat here. Period. (Don’t forget the other two locations in the greater Springs area)

Good food all around, decent location. The Bento boxes are particularly tasty. Our order did have a small mix up but was able to work with the waitress to clear things up. There are restrooms in the back for patrons.

Huge portions!! The broths were absolutely incredible and so incredibly flavorful. Service was quick and attentive, and I loved how easily my kimchi ramen could be modified to have chicken unlike other premade ramen places. The chicken was well grilled and all the seafood was well cooked. Noodles were perfectly cooked. A hidden gem in manitou but a hearty bowl of their ramen went a long way on a cold night!

Owner/cook is great. His food is delicious and true to ramen style. However, the waitress was not very professional. Would have been five star otherwise.

I got the Gyoza Ramen & it was pretty good! The egg was not marinated, but the broth pretty good. The ingredients tasted very fresh as well. The service was great! Atmosphere was cozy & relaxed. It’s pretty small, so I wouldn’t recommend a large party unless you call ahead & see if they can handle a party your size.
If you order Gyoza Ramen I would recommend asking for the gyoza on the side. It’s fried, so it will get soggier the longer it takes you to get to it.
