During Thanksgiving break, I went to OKA Asian Fusion with friends, and the meal turned into an intriguing lesson about differences in Asian noodle-making techniques, which create distinct flavors. We ordered a bowl of seafood ramen, Taiwanese-style beef noodle soup, and a plate of pad thai. What I found interesting was how each dish was made with a different base: the delicate broth of the ramen, the deeper, slow-braised richness of the beef noodle soup and the tamarind sauce with balanced sweetness, acidity, and heat of the pad thai. Seeing these dishes side by side helped me understand how ingredients travel across cultures and carry their own cultural stories to Lancaster.

First visit! The sushi was incredible. We loved our first 2 rolls that we had to order some Kani salad and an Oka Roll. The Oka roll is what is pictured and WOW! Never had a roll like it before. So fresh and the hues of mango with a jalapeño finish sent my senses into a whirlwind! The only reason for my 4 star is that we had to flag down the bartender for drinks. But the drinks were good.

Great Asian spot for some good food and sushi. The waiters take awhile to take your order but food is amazing.

This was a nicely decorated Asian restaurant. The sushi and general tso’s was not the best that had in the area, but certainly not bad. All of the staff were polite and friendly and service was prompt.

Nicely decorated restaurant with an upscale vibe, yet offering very reasonable prices. Conveniently located near F&M College, with ample parking space behind the building. We enjoy dining here and then taking a walk around the field afterwards. The food comes out fast and is tasty, with a great selection of Chinese, Thai, and Japanese fusion dishes to choose from. The service is okay; most of the servers seem quiet. Overall, it’s a great place for casual dining in Lancaster.

Absolutely FANTASTIC orange tofu. The best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of fried tofu dishes. The sushi is phenomenal as well. This is my go-to Asian-fusion restaurant. They seem to do most everything well.
