1st timer at this spot came with Brother in law & kids(2) and One of my good friends . Came in for late lunch about 1:30pm. Wasn’t crowded at all and we were greeted & sat immediately. Got a pitcher of beer and some hot sake to start for adults / soda for kiddos. We ordered our rolls and they came out pretty quick. I got the angry tail and Superman burrito (see pics) Everything was delicious and very fresh. We all enjoyed our sushi very much. Prices were a bit higher I noticed but all in all very good sushi. Would come back . Ambiance is nice and very clean place .

I visited OJI Sushi and really enjoyed my meal. I ordered the Philadelphia Roll (8 pieces), plus 4 pieces of sashimi and 4 pieces of sushi. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared.
The quality was great overall, and I left very satisfied. I’d definitely come back again for another sushi night.

I stopped by for lunch today, and had the lunch chirashi. It was fantastic! The sashimi was fresh and delicious. It came with a little salad, which was also really delicious. I will definitely be back!

My friend and I went in to enjoy happy hour and we ended up staying until close. The food was delicious, I ordered a beno box -YUM, and the drinks just kept coming and we had a blast catching up! The waiter and staff were a lot of fun but they did not see us coming! I am definitely going back once I’m back in town!

Amazing sushi spot! The food was incredible the Sushi Hungry rolls were so flavorful, and the Picante ones had the perfect kick. The ramen was also delicious, rich, and comforting. Service was super friendly and fast. Sergio was very attentive SO to him!! and the whole place has such a calm, relaxing vibe. Definitely a new favorite can’t wait to come back!

This restaurant is amazing! The food tastes incredible and the sushi is always fresh. The staff here are all so kind and welcoming.
MJ has helped me a couple of times and she is incredibly sweet, patient, and always going above and beyond with her customer service not just for me but for everyone she helps.
Parking is convenient with spaces in the front and a few additional spots in the back alley.
If you are in Pasadena and craving sushi this place is a must try. Honestly it feels like there may be new ownership or new chefs because the food tastes so much better than I remember from about 5 years ago.

+ Nigiri sushi was fresh and full of flavor.
+ Tempura was served hot, batter was crisp. Could have been a bit more airy in texture, but was still very good
+ Choice of draft Japanese beers
+ Baked rolls are unique with lots of flavor. A lot of food and a little heavier than your normal roll sushi
+ We ordered “Oji specials” and all were delicious.
+ Servers were very friendly, kept tea, water and fountain drinks filled without asking. Nice
+ Hiphop style playlist in the background, not too loud. Customer noise can get a little loud.
+ Very price competitive, very good for quality of food and service.

Our favorite Sushi spot in Pasadena. The manager and staff are very friendly, providing good service. The restaurant has a welcoming, lively atmosphere, excellent foods. Right now, they have $1beer, and the roll if you buy 3 rolls gets 1 roll free. My favorite rolls are yellowtail and tuna. Basically, we go there once or twice a week. You need to try Sake Bomb, ask the staff to arrange it for you, Sam is the master of it, oh strawberry soju was so good too.
