Amazing sushi crafted with skill and care. Great bang for your buck! Check out the special rolls for sure.. Fresh and unique combinations packed with flavor. Service was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Restaurant has a simple and quiet atmosphere. Almost like a hole in the wall vibe but comfortable with booth seating. The food is fantastic and I would love to explore more of the menu. Plenty of parking in the shopping center.

This was our first time here and we were very pleased. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious and fresh. We had recently visited about 5 sushi restaurants in the city. This was the best! It was a cozy and small place. We would definitely come back

Was around the area and craving sushi heavily. Came across this Lil spot. Very friendly/welcoming feeling. Service was great and the sushi tasted fresh and high quality. The white pearl was phenomenal.
The steamed gyoza was fire too. Id come back easily.

We’ve been coming to this restaurant for a little over two years now, and it’s definitely one of our favorite local spots. The service is always friendly and quick — they greet you right away, let you choose your table, and the food comes out fast.

The sushi here is consistently delicious! I love that they don’t pack the rolls with too much rice like some other places do. Every roll tastes fresh, balanced, and full of flavor. The gyozas — both steamed and pan-fried — are really good. The miso soup and seaweed salad are always great starters too.

The reason I gave four stars instead of five is because I wish they had a bit more variety for people like me who can’t eat shrimp and don’t enjoy spicy rolls. For anyone who does, though, there are plenty of great options. I usually end up ordering the same few rolls every time, but they’re always delicious.

The entrées are good, though they don’t catch my attention as much — my husband enjoys them more than I do. There was one entrée my husband really liked that they removed from the menu, which was disappointing, but it hasn’t stopped us from going back.

The atmosphere is calm and cozy, with slightly dim lighting — perfect for a relaxing dinner. Overall, Oiso is a consistent, welcoming spot with great service and fresh sushi. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

Went here the other day, very good sushi. The food was overall was good. Got the fried Gyoza. Which was good. But it never blows my mind, it’s definitely a good little snack app that. It was fried very well. I also got the Hamachi Kama. Aside from the bones, which I fully understand it comes with, the fish meat was cooked nicely, you get a decent amount off the head. As for the sushi rolls I got the Sweet Carolina roll and the Snap Dragon roll. I would say the Sweet Carolina roll was better with the bit of crunch to it. But the ingredients are super fresh and each sushi just melted in my mouth. The atmosphere is very nice, small venue, our server was also very nice, at the time was super busy with a packed house. I would recommend this place.

This was beautifully created sushi and Korean dishes. I ordered something I had never tried, but the waiter explained it, gave me a sample of the sauce, and offered to exchange it if I didn’t like it. It Was Fantastic! It was enough for 2 people!!

A warm, quiet, and peaceful sushi restaurant with delicious food and great service from really nice people. Production is swift and well executed with attention to detail. It’s a small and busy restaurant but the kitchen and wait staff work seamlessly together with mechanical precision to handle the dinner rush. Everything I ordered was top notch and delicious, and the sushi is among the best in the area. Of particular note was the Hamachi Kama. It’s described as fish head on the menu but it’s really fish collar, which is my second favorite cut of fish after the belly. So don’t be daunted by the thought of your appetizer looking back at you as you eat it – there’s no eyeball in this dish (bummer for me, I really love salty sweet fish eyes). They season and deep fry the collars perfectly, so that the delicious rich fatty meat (think of it as almost like fish bacon) is firm but not dry. The skin is my favorite. I eat the meat first and then dip the skin into the accompanying sauce which is also amazing, and it’s like a eating crispy fish potato chip. Truly a unique treat!

I ordered the Chef Kim’s roll, the Crazy Crunch roll, the Dancing Eel roll, the Sreaming O roll, and the Himachi Mania roll.

These were all great rolls. The one I liked the most were the Screaming O roll and the Chef Kim’s Roll. The flavor was great and the fis was fresh. The other rolls were also great as well.

I’ll be back to try other rolls.

In my opinion this is the best Sushi in Cary and possibly all of Wake County. Extremely well priced, great quality, and very polite, hard working staff. The nigiri is incredible and the chef’s choices are always on point. You can tell while eating there that they truly care about their craft. 10/10 in my book!
