I ordered two items for about $35. If you eat here, go for the plates. Anything else such as the rolls they offer is NOT worth it in the slightest. Honestly, I would say avoid this place if possible, but I understand it’s convenient for some. Overall, the California roll was dry (my friend ordered that) and the shrimp tempura I ordered was a roll without my knowledge, as it doesn’t specify on the menu, plus some prices aren’t even listed, but the rolls we ordered go for $12-$13 dollars. Again, not worth it for the price point.

Been waiting to try this place spent $20 and couldn’t even get the food. I ordered just a disappointment After having to wait for my food to be ordered this not beef and shrimp I don’t eat chicken wasn’t willing to fix it said I changed it so let it be but wouldn’t have paid for something I wasn’t gonna eat ! I don’t eat chicken and the lady didn’t understand what I was saying even tho I made it clear beef and shrimp but hey !!

The spicy tuna roll had a laughably tiny amount of tuna in it. It’s rice dipped in spicy sauce and a teeny shred of tuna.

This place was the business!!! Carlos took our order. Very nice and courteous. He took our order just like we like it. We also ordered sushi. My granddaughter liked watching it being made. We will surely be back when we come to the Mall again. Thank you all for great professional service.

I wish I could give it a Zero star. They have the worst customer service and do not honor their punch card. I went to get my free meal after completing my card only to be told, very rudely that the card was old and they wouldn’t honor it. I asked to speak with a manager. The cook was very rude and hostile and told me that the manager was not in and then he proceeded to dismiss me. I told him that I wanted to speak with someone else and not him. He became very hostile and gave me “ the middle finger”! I went back a couple of days later to speak with the manager, I started with a middle aged Japanese woman, who then called an older Japanese man over. I started to tell him what happened and he just walked away! Literally walked away! The rude cook was there and lied about giving me the middle finger. I would advise anyone not to go there because there customer service is horrible from the owners to the cooks. If I had the cooks name I would post it, but of course he would not give it to me. They just lost a good customer and I am going to tell anyone who will listen to never eat here.

The place was empty. No line. They took my order. I went to sit down and wait. 4 different people came after me ordered, and all got their food before me. When I went to complain the owner just looked at me shrugged his shoulders smiled. Needless to say very rude. The cashier had to serve me. I’m never going back again. Very rude and food is not that good.

I used to always shop there when it came to something fast and delicious, but tonight was the last time. As my family and I were eating I found black pieces from the grill on our food, I could taste it and I was really upset because even when the cook said yes is from my grill they never bother to apologize . They need to keep it clean as before cause that stuff can kill someone

I ate here today and their sushi is nasty. The worse sushi I’ve ever had. I also got A number 2 here and they barely gave any meat. A waste of $26 dollars. Never again will I eat here. They need to close this place down. They don’t deserve 1 star.

Maybe it was just today but for my first time it sucked. The sauce was watery, the rice was plain and I couldn’t tell which one had extra chicken from the two I ordered. Over all watery and plain. Nothing compared to the one in bakersfield Japan food. Not eating there again.
