I love this place. I love sushi and I used to have this favorite spot with my family because I was more familiar with their menu, but they have changed the quality of the food. Oishi is real close to our house and it really serves quality menu. It is family owned like a lot of Asian restaurants and I’m all about giving support to local businesses. The place is small but the ambiance gives out a romantic intimate setting. Not too crowded so your sure to enjoy a nice evening or even just out for lunch. They have really reasonable and affordable prices. I always order from here and my husband (not in the picture) always buys me sushi from here when I’m upset. Cheers me up all the time.

the design of the restaurant is very nice. this would be a great place to bring your significant other to. the sushi is fantastic with the fresh ingredients they use (spicy crab roll is my favorite).they do not serve alcohol,but they are byob friendly.if you are in the area i recommended you give this place a try.

Went there and picked up food for my wife and I. Both of us had filet hibachi meals to go. The steak was very good, cooked well, veggies also good, rice was over cooked and on the mushy side. The shrimp also had a very odd taste to them. Everything was very bland and lacked flavor. I ended up re-cooking it in Teriyaki sauce. Most of it was good at that point but what’s the point of eatting out only to re-cook your food? Very disappointed for over $100.

Lovely calm quiet atmosphere. Fantastic food. Both the sushi/sashimi entrees and their hibachi style entrees were filling and well worth the price.

Best sushi in Allentown! Fish is always fresh. They have amazing special rolls! Our favorites are the volcano roll, the Valentine, and the snow white. Good service and very fast!

This place is great. The sushi is super fresh and very tasty. The rice on the sushi is perfect. It’s great value for money if you want some great Japanese Cuisine. Will definitely go there again for . Their food is fresh and the environment is very clean, friendly and welcoming. The staff are great too.

Dinner Bento Box was great. The food here is inexpensive, fresh and delicious. Staff are very quick to tend to customers.
I’m only giving it a 4 star review due to the fact there are no free refills and the soda my friends and I received was incredibly flat. I then asked for water, the soda really was disgusting.
Overall good food, great staff, stick to water.
