Got 2 slices of Chicken Bacon Ranch — they were decent slices, crust was on point, sauce was not overbearing, price was quite high.
Atmosphere mostly good, it could feel a little more cozy, and on paper maybe it should, I didn’t pinpoint exactly what was off. Something about the setup felt a bit stilted or cold, but I can definitely see families with lots of children eating here.
Service was okay.

I didn’t have time to check the whole in-store menu, but the online menu describes char grilled buffalo wings, which unless I was unable to see an “or” due to image resolution, brings me to question the relevant experience with buffalo wings (which are by-definition deep fried). Maybe these were deep fried and then flame grilled? But one has to ask why, and view this with some skepticism.

Crust too thin. Pretty small for a large at that price. Pretty bland pizza, not much flavor, even for a buffalo chicken wing pizza. Not worst ive ever had but wouldnt order again.

Lousy subs. Bread was like pita, not crunchy Italian roll as it should be. The Italian combo had just one lousy slice of each meat – turkey was more generous. Overall, a “big gyp” – never again, Wegman’s sub way better, or about anywhere else too.

The young lady gave our order to another customer accidentally, realized it after doing so, and proceeded to give us the other person’s order. They’re initial response was to throw cold toppings on the pizza, but they did finally make us a new, pizza. We decided to have the wings while we waited for the pie, and then realized they were different as well. They tried twice to make us new wings but despite my best efforts to explain they were supposed to be hot chargrilled we got the spicy ranch that the other customer ordered. I understand mistakes happen, but their inability to make it right is the problem.

This actually might be the best pizza in Syracuse. It can be a little soggy at times, but when it’s done right, it’s pretty delicious. Salads are very good. I’d stay away from the sandwiches. Haven’t tried the wings yet
