We were in Atlantic for an archery competition and found this gem of a bar and restaurant. It is in the lower level of another attached restaurant, nothing fancy just great bar food. If you go you must get an Oinker, which is a ground pork sandwich. Personally my favorite is the Bacon Oinker, which of course doubles the pork, who wouldn’t love that. I would also suggest their onion rings, thinly sliced and fried to perfection. I have also had the Iowa Burger, it was good but I prefer the Oinker. We have actually made day trips to the Oinker just to eat lunch.

Not very busy, food tasted good, but way overpriced!! You’d have thought you were dining in 5 star restaurant with menu prices. 2 burgers and fries and ice teas were $30. Saw price for full rack ribs with side…$35!!! WOW.this is town of 7,000 people.

Horrible experience tonight. Sat for 20 minutes waiting to place our order. Told one server that we wanted to order. She told our server. Our server stayed at the bar for another 5 minutes on her phone with friends at the bar. Never will return. Oh, and they have a sign when you walk in that says they are short staffed. There were literally three tables(including ours). It is not a short staffed problem, it is lazy staff problem. Will never return.

The food is outstanding, great prices, good value for your money. Place looks great, located in the basement, felt like we were in a Tarantino movie. The staff and the other guests were so nice and welcoming.

Very clean, family friendly,and the food was absolutely amazing very filling it is a little pricey but you get what you pay for! The owner is the cook and he is awesome and made everything perfect.

Had a hamburger,water, lettuce in bowl for $14. There was nothing worth $14 about it. What they called a salad is just lettuce with very few carrots in a small bowl. The hamburger had nothing wrong with it, $8 burger tops just way lower priced. The big slice of sweet onion was great, the best thing on my plate.

The food was excellent. Friendly service. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because the prices are a little high. I would come back again though if in the area.
