Best quality of coffee in town. Great service and friendly atmosphere. I love how every month they come up with new creative drinks to change up the menu for the regulars or just for someone who may not know what to order. Good drinks -Yet staff was unfriendly and ungrateful left the gal working a tip yet she wouldn’t even mutter a thank you. She refused to greet me with a smile or any enthusiasm she made me feel unwelcome and reluctant to be able to ask a question about any seasonal drinks.

We spent 3 weeks in Florence and found ourselves returning to this friendly coffee spot time and time again. The customer service is top-notch and they have a wide variety of blended coffee drinks. Don’t forget to ask for a punch card, because you’ll be back!

I love this place! The staff is friendly and the coffee is USUALLY good. BUT lately I’ve been getting a whole bunch of coffee grounds in my iced coffee. I get the same coffee almost everyday and lately I have been very disappointed because the bottom of my cup is filled with coffee grounds. Makes the coffee taste very bitter and gross. I definitely want to give five stars but I would really like to not get coffee grounds in my order anymore. Thank you to the staff for being so kind.
Edit: It’s been a year and I’m still getting a lot of coffee grounds in my coffee . I really liked this place but I can’t keep spending money on cups full of just coffee grounds on the bottom and floating through my drink. It really throws the taste off. If you get iced coffee more than likely this is what your cup looks like (pictures don’t even show how much is really in there.). It was convenient but just not worth the price anymore

I ordered a bagel, toasted. It was put in a plastic baggie. Hello, the heat from the bagel sweats in a baggie and made it soggie.
I asked for a decaf, iced coffee drink made with sugar-free syrups. All I taste is milk, no coffee at all! I saw the young girl put in regular syrups. When I asked her if she used the SF syrups, she paused and then said yes. Lied through her teeth as she looked right at me.
The plastic cups are cheap. When my coffee was handed to me …with just my grab, the cup squeezed and coffee oozed out into my hand. I asked for napkins and she said, “Napkins are in your bagel bag.” I looked in the bag. ..1, just one, napkin was in my bag.

This has become a weekly treat on my way to work. Great hours 5-5. The gals are always quick and friendly and the coffee is absolutely delicious. So glad to have this place nearby

Waited behind a car on one side because there were people standing on the other. And I waited and waited for the orders of the people and then the red car and then instead of taking my order after the red car, she took a car that JUST PULLS UP ON THE OTHER SIDE!!!! Are you kidding me??!!! You see me waiting with the car you just served last, OR AT LEAST YOU SHOULD CUSTOMER SERVICE PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR SURROUNDINGS, but instead serves a car that just pulls up and hasn’t been waiting for 20 minutes already behind another car at the window that is see through?! I pulled off, obviously irritated and without a damn iced coffee!!!

I love love love finding random small coffee shops and trying them out and I can’t remember the white chocolate mocha some kind of berry mix I got from here but it was surprisingly good. The server was so nice and cheerful. I know when I’m back in the area I’ll be getting more coffee again.
