Always fresh, with no wait time if you go directly to the sushi bar. Whether you’re a local in the Centennial Hills area or just visiting, it’s a great place to grab something quick. We usually skip the hibachi grill because we love the sushi more. There’s always sports playing on the sushi bar TVs as well. Clean and fast service.

It is March 8, 2026 and I’m in Las Vegas to visit my son (currently serving in the USAF) and after sleeving yesterday on The Strip, we went to OH JAH!
I got filet mignon and fried rice and I also ordered some fries shrimp. The soup was phenomenal! The rice was out of this world. The steak was perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth. The shrimp were delicious. And the ginger sauce, OMG, it made everything even better!
Or waitress was friendly and our cook was the best. He was friendly, fun and cooked everything just right. For two of us to eat, we spent $100, including the tip.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to OH JAH! You won’t regret it.

Sup googlers’. . So I’ve been Been many a sushi-spots.. Recently moved to sky canyon area and found this hidden gem close to my house!
Went inside Ohjah for the first time and was very impressed by the decor. Much more attractive than your average all- you- eat places. Really clean and organized!
The food was amazing and the chefs killed it! Chef nikko, Sam and hindra were entertaining and funny. I will be coming back very soon. . See you there!

I had Filet Mignon hibachi and it was excellent. Meat was tender and cooked perfectly. My wife had Vegetable Tempura. Only complainant was there was no broccoli which was listed on the menu. The service was excellent. The chef was entertaining and had a good sense of humor.

I order from the rainbow location at least twice a week. Never have i received a Japanese roll that has looked like this or has been burnt but not warm. It’s inedible. Very disappointing

We have always loved this place for Sushi we ordered tonight to have it delivered.
The Garlic Edamame had no flavors. This is my favorite and I was so disappointed.
None of the Sushi was labeled.

We walked in and were seated immediately for hibachi. The chef was funny and the food was delicious. I recommend the trio for hibachi, it’s the best for left overs! Their sake was tasty, especially with the dinner too follow.
