They are originally from Cleveland Ohio, were their obsession with quality Barbeque began. They are not professional chief’s but learned from their families and are self-taught over the years in cooking barbeque. Family recipes is their strengths which are made from scratch and cooked fresh daily. Their Barbeque is cooked the old fashion way, slow and wood fired. They are detailed and deliberate in their cooking. Because of this please understand they will run out of meat occasionally. Whether it’s a family function or corporate event, we will give you the best service and barbeque in town.

The one thing good was the front counter young lady. Her customer service was great. That food was very dissatisfying. They give worcheister sauce not barbecue sauce, the brisket seems store bought and thinly sliced no season, the chicken has a horrible taste like someone was blowing cigar smoke on it and it was dry, the sides (only good side was the beans), were terrible. I was thoroughly disappointed. It was just not my cup of tea for bbq.

When I walked in, there were a couple of customers who had already ordered food. I asked an older gentleman if the food was good, and he said he eats there all the time—so I knew I was in the right place.
I ordered the ribs, collard greens, and mac and cheese. The ribs were 10/10, the collard greens were 10/10, and the mac and cheese was a 7/10.
Overall, the food was delicious, and I’ll definitely be back.

Walking in, it feels like the average bbq restaurant. Wasn’t too busy when I arrived. There was a younger cashier that seemed to be in training. The older woman helping her was NOT pleasant. Her attitude was dry and boarder line mean. I’m not sure why but it was definitely the first red flag. So I finally order the brisket and the ribs and ask if I could get some of the fatty end of the brisket and the older woman’s response felt like a sharp rebuke. I was informed that I would get brisket from wherever they had last cut from only….Understandable, but the way she said it was very rude. And then comes the food itself. The ribs were just ok. Definitely had a slight burnt smoke taste. The brisket was extremely dry…to the point of pretty much being flaky. Same burnt smoke taste. Overall, as a first time customer, my experience was not a pleasant one.

I was really excited to come here seeing that the Owners are from Ohio but, the overall experience was a crash. I really like the culture and esthetic of the establishment, the food and service however we’re the downfall. The brisket and pulled pork were tender but don’t expect any wood, charcoal, smoke or any flavoring for that matter. The BBQ sauce had a strange greasy film on it, the macaroni noodles were extremely over cooked and very soggy, the greens also tasted strange. Everything had little to no seasoning. The service was also lacking, I tried to ask the young lady about the establishment menu and the owners she was very brief and dry. I did however capture the beauty of this establishment.

Always amazing food and service. No complaints, the owners are so nice and the receptionist or person at the register is always so nice. Rib tips, Mac and cheese and greens is always my go-to. The corn bread and bread that comes with the meal even tastes amazing. Oh and the price is reasonable and worth it, it’s not outrageous. I think it’s pretty good for what you get.

The only reason this place doesn’t get 5 stars is due to their mac n cheese, I picked up food from here and the pulled pork sandwhich is DELICIOUS, just about the best bbq in the area.
The Mac n Cheese, girl, the cheese had congealed, tasted like powder and NO seasoning. NO flavor. Its a shame they charge .95 cent for the upcharge, i had two bites and threw the rest away. Lesson learned sandwich good, mac n cheese bad. Will order again just the sandwich though.

This is my second trip here. The food was good but a lil extra burnt on some pieces of my rib tips making insufficient to eat and they miss some items from my food order but corrected it. Customer service was good. Overall good food.
