Be transparent. Be truthful. Make it clear on your website that while you close at 9, only half of your menu is available after 8:30. My daughter has celiac so was very excited to find a gluten friendly sushi burrito available. I walked over to get her one as she finished up at work only to be told that the burrito machine had already been “taken down” (whatever that means) and the sushi burrito option was not available. While the young lady that was helping me was very polite and offered to make me a bowl, my daughter did not want a bowl. She wanted a special treat that she can’t get very often at all. I guess I just don’t understand businesses that do that. While I don’t eat out very often anymore, I remember businesses that would seat you 5 minutes before closing time and at the appropriate closing time, lock the door to new patrons. But if your butt was in a seat before the appointed closing time, you got served and could order from the entire menu. I did not do this, I went in at 8:30 even though my daughter doesn’t get off till 9:00 and her burrito would be cold by then, but she said it was worth it to get what she wanted. I actually offered to go in about 850 so it would be fresher, but she said the employees would really appreciate it if I went in earlier. I arrived at 8:30 to be told that half of the menu was no longer an option to us.
All I’m asking is put a mention on your website that says the burrito machine is shut down at 8:30 and only bowls are available. If you had done that, my daughter would not have been disappointed and I would not have been peeved enough to give you a one-star review. Do better, be more thoughtful.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder here , you make your own or build your own burrito or bowl. Mine was excellent and the matcha milk tea was delicious and they didn’t shy on the lychee jelly and the ice wasn’t plentiful I felt like I really got a bang for my buck overall. Right now it’s top of my list favorite places to go.

I’ve been here several times with my daughter and the staff is always great and what we have ordered so far has been pretty good! I would definitely check out their menu first because if you don’t like something like this, then you’re not gonna like it but if you wanna try something different or like this type of food, then you’re gonna love it.

The hostess was very friendly and easy to talk too. I was able to sample some of the items I’ve never tried before. Everything looked fresh. It seemed a bit pricey in my opinion. For two people two bowls and two drinks was over $30. My friend had three scoops of salmon in his bowl and for mine I had a chicken and beef.

I stopped by for lunch today and was helped by a young lady with purple hair who did a wonderful job. She was kind, welcoming, and made the experience enjoyable. I’ve visited many times before, and the place is always clean and well-kept. I was greeted both when I arrived and as I was leaving, which made me feel appreciated as a customer. Love this spot! I’ll definitely be coming back!

We have been here a few times and think it’s a good option for our poke cravings. I think it’s a little on the expensive side for the portions of their bowls. The scoops of meat are small in my opinion.
They do offer a great variety of toppings tho.
We also got some boba drinks. Prices wernt too bad. But the flavors seemed bland. Not sweet at all… don’t know if they forgot to add sugar, but wish it was sweeter (in our opinion). And the person making it kept rubbing their nose and face, and doing something with their mouth…and continued making our drinks without washing their hands. We still paid for them (felt bad because they started getting busy), we took a few sips and didn’t finish them
Customer service was nice and welcoming. And place was kept clean.

We had such a great experience at Ohana Poke! The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff made it even better. They were so fun, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal. Two of our family members have food allergies, and the team was super knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the options. We left happy, full, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!

So glad this place made it to New Braunfels! I ❤️ sushi. This place takes it to the next level. The food is creative and delicious! It has super hip decor, kind of like a contemporary coffee shop set up. The bubble tea is the real stuff. Get it! They have kid sizes too. My son got the bowl and loved it. ->It’s a healthy fun option for those no veggie eaters. Prices are great too! Next time you want to try a new place it town choose this place. It will not disappoint. ❤️
