We recently took our employees to Ohana Karaoke Room for the second time, and it was another fantastic night! The medium room, accommodating 10-15 people, is priced at $50 an hour, and be sure to reserve in advance. We ended up extending our time because the fun just kept going!
The atmosphere was lively, and everyone, especially the girls, had an absolute blast singing their hearts out. We appreciated the option to bring our own food and drinks, which added a personal touch to our experience.
However, there were a couple of things we’d like to see improved. The AC was blowing a bit too cold, so layers are recommended! It would also be great to see updates, like removing the carpet for vinyl flooring and a fresh coat of paint on the walls.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back again! Thank you, Ohana Karaoke !

Negative 5 star rating for customer service from the woman who runs the show and the restaurant. She was extremely rude and nasty, I can’t believe she didn’t monitor our use of the restrooms. She needs some training in how to be nice and show some consideration to her paying customers.

Some friends rented the Karaoke room recently. I wasnt happy with the song selections, barely any rock n roll. The karaoke room was filthy and so were the bathrooms. I wouldnt eat at this restaurant because of the condition of the place. There arent any windows in the karaoke space so no real air. It’s not fun singing when you’re breathing in everyone’s carbon dioxide. The place needs cleaning, renovation and ventilation. It also needs more variety of songs. Renting the karaoke room is over priced too.

This is a great place if you want authentic Korean food! They are very nice and serve delicious food. My top 2 favorites are the 1. Spicy beef noodles and vegetable soup (#27 yukkgaejang) 2. Black bean noodle (#41 jjajjamyeon)!
It is also a BYOB establishment, so you can bring your own water and drinks to the restaurant.

If I could leave zero I would. Older Asian aunty was sooooo rude ! We were told no more space and that’s totally fine ! But we then asked if we could go bathroom and she didn’t respond…then when we are in bathroom she comes in SCREAMING at us to get out and that we need to leave or she was gonna call cops?! Will never come back and would not recommend to anyone.

Authentic delicious Korean food and portions are HUGE – largest portion I ever experienced in any Korean restaurants anywhere. Servers/owners are nice. Extended business hours also help with tourists’ random lunch hours.

Still best Korean Food on the island. Been coming here for many years upon visiting Maui. FYI, Ignore the very nice waitress skill set. She hovers over while trying to make a decision in ordering–feel rushed. Also, she hovers again when paying the bill–like she may think we are going to run off, or stiff her on a tip. Management–it seems she just needs training to become a real waitress.
She doesn’t seem understand what she is indirectly projecting to customers. Otherwise, She is warm, and provides good service.
