This was my first visit to Ohana Hawaiian Barbecue, and I must genuinely say it was the best dining experience I’ve had recently. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. The aesthetic look and warm vibes immediately transported me; I felt genuinely at home, almost as if I were dining back in the islands. We visited during a busy period but were pleased to find that we did not need reservations.
For my meal, I ordered a delicious combo plate featuring their signature BBQ Ribs and BBQ Chicken, served with sides of rice and Mac & Cheese. As this was my initial experience trying authentic BBQ here in the US, I had high hopes, and Ohana absolutely delivered! Both the ribs and the chicken were exceptionally juicy and tender, cooked perfectly with rich, deep flavors that I thoroughly enjoyed. The quality was truly outstanding.
A huge plus was the efficiency of the service. Despite the fact that our food was cooked fresh to order, our meals arrived at the table quickly, which made the entire experience seamless and wholesome. Little details added to the value, such as their drink policy: we paid for our initial drink purchase, and all subsequent refills were complimentary.
All in all, this is an undeniable 5-star experience for me. The combination of outstanding food quality, cozy island atmosphere, and efficient service makes this place a must-visit. If I have the opportunity to visit Santa Rosa again, I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend Ohana Hawaiian Barbecue to anyone seeking a taste of authentic island flavor!

End of Sep 2024 I spent 2 days in Santa rosa and both night got dinner from this place. It was very crowded and a lot if customer in there. Customer service was fast and polite. Quality and quantity both is good. Parking is free and available, but crowded. My order was MIX and the price was $15.50 which was fair for the food I received. Check the pix.

today on Sunday the 27th around 5:30 I ordered a Hawaiian plate. The cashier was a tall Hawaiian boy with a ponytail. This kid was rude and was glaring at me, and asked for a tip. I asked for a fork because there was not one in the bag, and he rudely said and snapped at me, almost yelling at me, it’s in the bag. I then corrected him for being the rude cashier that he is and said no there’s no fork. so yeah, this Cashier is rude.

Friendly staff that greeted me right as I walked in. Scanned the menu real quick and ordered. I waited at an outside table (inside was full, and it was beautiful out). My food was ready quite quickly. Mac salad was delicious. The katsu was Crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle. Need to try more of their items next time!

Hidden treasure. They greet you with Aloha. Clean atmosphere. I ordered the #1 of which 2 people can eat this serving size. The meat was tender, delicious, hot and sides were perfect. Wish we had one in West Palm Beach, FL!

First time trying this place and it was terrible. The lau lau with Kalua pork tasted like it had been sitting on the bottom of a hot pan all day. It tasted burnt and lacked flavor. There was also a hair in it!!! I enjoyed the mac but very disappointing for a $18 plate. No sauces came with it either.
