First time going to any of these restaurant locations. We decided on the Semaron location. Pulled up, the restaurant was festive and full. Party of four but we were not immediately seated like two parties of two. No big deal. However, while waiting. My wife and I soon noticed the “forced” half smiles and chilly attitude from the staff.
Anyhow, we were seated and offered drinks which came promptly. Thereafter, our order was taken and food promptly arrived hot. Since Spanish is not our first language. We asked probing questions on some of the appetizers and condiments. I’ll add we generally love trying different food from all types of cultures as we are extreme foodies. Anyhow, our questions were met very bluntly and with zero enthusiasm versus the interactions around us with other patrons. The empanadas and tostones were delicious as was the calamari. However, my steak appeared to be doused in salt and was not edible at all. The drinks were cold and delicious.
The overall experience was not what we were expecting. The atmosphere was too tense and that surprised us because while waiting we spoke to others coming and going and they bragged about the food and the atmosphere. Again, not our experience as we firmly believed we were not welcomed and therefore we will not be returning.

“Do you believe in reincarnation? Cus if you do, come back as a dog that lives behind this place.” One of our group keepers summed it up perfectly. The food is fantastic, great flavor and cooked well. Portions are huge so the hypothetical dog will get plenty of “scraps”.

Service was prompt but overall the meal did take awhile but we weren’t in a rush. I had the steak and garlic shrimp, the garlic sauce had great flavor and the steak was cooked very well and was tender and juicy. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area.

Oh Que Bueno has become one of my favorite Colombian spots in Orlando. Their empanadas are hands-down the best I’ve had!! crispy, flavorful, and always fresh. I also tried a plate that had three kinds of meat, chicken, steak, and chicharrón…and it was incredible. I can’t remember what it’s called, but the flavors were authentic and perfectly seasoned.
The mango juice here deserves its own spotlight. It’s fresh, not overly sweet, and seriously the best in town. Whether I’m dining in or getting takeout, the service is always top-notch. The servers are warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, something that makes every visit feel special.
I’ve eaten at the restaurant and also done takeout several times, and the experience has been consistently excellent. It’s clear the team takes pride in both their food and customer care.

Oh Que Bueno offered a dining experience that left me with mixed feelings. While some aspects certainly impressed, others . The dishes were beautifully presented, showcasing a clear effort in plating and visual appeal. The sauce I had was very rich, adding a luxurious touch to the meal.
However, the main courses were a bit of a letdown. My white fish was unfortunately not fresh, which significantly impacted its taste and made it lose its delicious flavor. My friend’s beef was also quite salty, making it difficult to fully enjoy.
Interestingly, I often find salads to be a highlight, but that wasn’t the case here. The tomatoes in the salad were overpoweringly fragrant, leading to an uncomfortable stomachache throughout the evening.
In short, Oh Que Bueno is a place I’d recommend trying once, perhaps out of curiosity. Personally, the overall taste profile didn’t quite resonate with me, and I don’t think I’d be eager for a return visit.
