It hurts my soul to review this place so poorly. The actual pizza is probably the best in Columbus. I would order religiously from the one out in Galloway and it was always on point and any issues were taken care of swiftly.
A few years back I moved and the closest location is now the downtown spot, and it’s an absolute joke. I’ve had more than half my orders take 2+ hours to deliver, orders not go through from online, and a night where they… just didn’t deliver my order at all despite getting it. The estimates aren’t accurate, and I have had to call multiple times to get my order completed and sent when it passes 30+ minutes beyond the time quoted.
I hadn’t ordered for over a year because the last time I did it was late in the evening. I called after it had been an hour past the delivery time, and was assured it would be delivered. I waited another hour, and no one would pick up the phone. They eventually closed and I never got a pizza. I called in the morning and was given a comped pizza, which we used and then had the exact same delay with the comped pizza – requiring us to call back multiple times because the estimates kept coming and going. Unbelievable.
I’m not an idiot. I’ve worked customer facing food service positions. I know stuff happens occasionally and am generally a patient and understanding person and customer. This was not that. This appeared to be a systemic failure of management and workers at this location and I quit ordering.
Tonight, I convinced my girlfriend to give it another go. I absolutely love the pizza, missed it and I was ready to be hurt again. We ordered online on Wednesday night 2/12/26 at 6:15. The app never updated our order as accepted, and it’s now 7:45. We’ve called multiple times and cannot get anyone to pick up the phone. The app still shows our order as “pending.” The pizza was 50$ and we tipped 10$ for delivery.
Given we had a pizza just… not show up one evening it’s not looking so hot for us. Do yourself a favor, hit one of the other locations – I have no idea how this one is still in business.

14 founders Pizza was good, topping perfect amount & placement! If I weren’t in a hurry, I’d have it baked a min or two longer. Value for $$ good, def buy again! CRUST WAS COATED WITH GARLIC BUTTER – LOVED THAT!!!Atmosphere here im sure, varies due to its location (downtown cols oh), probably busiest at lunch & evenings mostly take out/delivery. Overall, not fancy, reminded me of way back pizza parlors/hangout when growing up (no pinball machine though, lol). Can’t wait to try other menu items!! Staff was very knowledgeable on menu items and super nice. I’m gonna regret this but here goes: PERFECT FOR A BITE BEFORE A SHOW AT THE PALACE!!! Now they’re gonna get swamped!! LOVE THE BOX!!!! Didn’t think to take pics, was too hungry!

They don’t actually sell beer, despite their name. Staff acted like it was the first time they heard the question “wait, you don’t have drinks?”. Got the food to go and got out of there asap. Not only were there not drinks and disinterested workers, TVs were off (Thursday night football was starting soon) and quiet. Zero atmosphere. Zero drinks. Zero Fs given by staff. Pizza was decent. Get the pizza to go but by no means should you plan on hanging out there.

The food was absolutely phenomenal. I haven’t had a pizza that refreshing in a long time. My only complaint is the speed of service there wasn’t much front of house coverage but the food made up for it. This place seems perfect for takeout or delivery. If you are going to sit down don’t be in a big rush and be willing to be patient. I think it is worth it though. In addition to the pizza I got pretzel bites and deep fried Oreos and they were also superb.
The prices are very good for such a prime spot downtown. Highly recommend checking it out and getting some food if you aren’t in a rush and want a tasty meal.

Joy was super-friendly and efficient, considering how busy she was. Jeff and Joe in the kitchen made delicious wings and pizza. Service took some time but was understandable. I recommend for quality of food and friendly service.

Okay, finally writing a review. I work 3rd’s at Nationwide and this is by far my favorite place to order from. I have never been disappointed by one of their pizzas. They have set an extremely high bar for the price! I’ve had pizzas cost twice as much but not taste as good. The wings are amazing. Nice crisp skin and tender meat on the inside. Haven’t had all the rubs and sauces but the ones I’ve tried are fantastic. Cheesy garlic bread is a great value and taste’s amazing! Especially with a side of marinara. House salad is huge for the price and I usually get it with the peppers on the side because they can be a bit overpowering. I’m not a big buffalo sauce/flavor person, but I love their buffalo pizza and tots. The tots weren’t exactly what I was expecting because they are a bit broken apart and doesn’t have actual buffalo sauce on them. I could see this being disappointing for some, but was a plus for me. The subs seem like they would be better in house. They’ve been hit and miss for me. Got one and it was fresh and fantastic, but got another delivered and it was a bit cold, but the flavor was still good (same story with the motz sticks). The baby bellas and deep fried pickles are amazing. They don’t have the pickles listed on the online menu found on their website for this location, but I called in once and ordered and they are really good. I was a bit disappointed by the fries. I’m a big fry guy but these were all a bit soggy. Again, I think this is more likely due to them being delivered and would likely be better in house, but still disappointing. However, they do give you A LOT of them, which is nice. I have yet to try the pastas or deserts, but a guy I work with says they are great! Looking forward to trying them. I also haven’t tried any of the fish items, but I haven’t heard great things about it (can’t be great at everything I guess?) and I’m not big on fish anyways. It might be one of those situations where its better ordered in house. To finish off this rant, I just had a pizza ordered that was supposed to be half cheese and half bacon w/ banana peppers but the whole thing ended up with bacon and banana peppers. I called and they immediately made a new pie AND gave us another order of fries. Anyway, this place will certainly continue being my main go-to spot!

After a late night listening to Manchester Orchestra we were starving Baby Girl suggested this place since it was close by.
The place was very clean and the staff were very courteous. The pizza was good not great but the wings were absolutely fantastic. I could tell by those glossy covered lips dripping in chicken fat It was time to get her home and reap the rewards of a great date night.

First time here and I must say the Cajun dusted fried pickles were amazing!! We also had a pineapple pizza and a pepperoni pizza and both were delicious! Only giving a slight reduction in score because of the small size of the location with uncomfortable seating and lack of atmosphere.
