Just came here for the first time visiting from the Bay Area of California and got the bulgogi bowl, I’ve always heard of bulgogi but never tried it until now. Highly recommend, amazing flavor and the bowl also came with green and white onions, kimchi, carrots and cucumbers, all layered on a bed of rice. If you’re in Salem whether local or otherwise, definitely don’t pass this place up! I will definitely be eating here again whenever I get the chance to visit next

My wife and I have eaten here a few times now and it is consistently great. I love the Shaken Steak bowl. The ingredients are fresh, the food truck looks well kept and the owner has a wonderful demeanor.

I got the Peanut Thai Noodle Salad! It was flavorful and the texture was well balanced. Being gluten free its great that they remove the crispy onions and replace it with more peanuts or crispy kale! Thank you for the fresh bowl!
