I come here quite frequently and i always get the same thing. And every time it is very TASTY! The customer service is always great. Every now and again i do have to wait on service but i can very clearly see that the staff is working on other orders and i am very happy to wait. I am always greeted with a smile and wonderful customer service! 10/10!

I really wanted to love this place because the lemonade we get is genuinely so tasty and it’s my daughter’s favorite. Unfortunately, the service has been consistently disappointing. I drive about 30 minutes to come here, and almost every time I’ve visited recently I’ve spent an excessive amount of time just waiting to have my order taken, and then waiting again for the drink itself.
Today was especially frustrating. I made the trip specifically to get my daughter the lemonade as a treat for doing great on her spelling test, only to be told they were out of lemon juice and couldn’t make it—after standing there waiting with no greeting. A simple sign saying they were out of lemon juice and couldn’t make lemonades would’ve prevented me from wasting more time just standing in line for nothing.
While the drinks themselves are delicious, the repeated long waits and lack of preparation have made the experience more frustrating than enjoyable. At this point, it just doesn’t feel worth the time or gas to keep coming back.

I have never had a drink I did not love at OH Boba. Everyone is always so kind and very efficient about making drinks. I highly recommend if you ever want a quick and delicious beverage!

I found my tea place.
First off—I waited years just to get a decent bubble tea place in Columbus after teaching English in China in 2010. Curse those powder tea places lying to people saying their inferior powders and flavored cornstarch is tea!
Fastforward 2025, I know live in beavercreek and when I’m passing through Springfield, I have a guaranteed places to get proper bubble tea. AND THERE SUPER SIZE IS HUGE!! It’s like 2-3 teas in Columbus, for the price of 1. And it’s fresh. This tea is place from actual tea leaves and fruit or lemonade depending on what you order.
(I am so thankful I went to the Strawberry Festival in Troy and discovered this business. They now have locations in Springfield and Troy, but I like coming to the one in Springfield as I can order from other food establishments as well).
The waffle crapes are excellent too. I got the Oreo one for my 5 year old and he devoured it. American husband was happy with the spiced chai.
This is truly a family friendly place for all types of backgrounds when it comes to types of eating.
