food was fantastic, hats off to the chef
service was unacceptable. with the AC out, everyone in our party waited for 10 minutes for a waiter to come by for refills. after one of our party said we needed refills for water around the table, they came back after another 10 minutes with one glass of water. we then reiterated the full table needed water, and mentioned just bring a pitcher for us. 10 minutes later, finally get our pitcher of water.
then it came time for the check. we waited to see if anyone would bring us a check or atleast check in on our table, and after another 10 minutes, someone in my party brought it up to a waitress to receive the check. after another 10 minutes, we asked another waitress for the check. finally 10 minutes later again, we asked ANOTHER waitress for a check, and finally got it.
on a not-so-busy wednesday night with roughly 25 patrons in the restaurant and an at-a-glance count crew of 5 waitresses and 3 greeters at the check in area, it is appalling how ridiculously slow the service was. I dont believe Ill come back to eat here for a year until there is an inevitable staff rotation. the service really soiled the great food.
edit: dropping from 2 stars to 1 star after I noticed they added a $20 without my signing or consent. expect a dispute. insanity

We went there to watch the football game. The food was fantastic, there were plenty of screens to watch the game from anywhere in the restaurant and the drinks were great. Had a spicy Margarita, highly recommend.

Gone way down hill. (Their reply says it all.) Used to come here 1998-2004. The pizza and beer were excellent than and the prices reasonable. No so anymore.
We ordered a pizza and tacos. They served the tacos and ten minutes later the pizza shows up. So my wife gets to watch me eat tacos. Amateur hour.

My fish tacos were served haphazardly. A meager amount of chips with no salsa. Three corn tortillas for the fish tacos were so soagy that they fell apart when I picked them up. Again no salsa.

I really only want to leave a good comment, always good, but today is not the occasion. I ordered food by phone and I got there after 23 minutes. I got there and waited there in front of the counter for almost 9 minutes without being served. I saw a waitress who saw me, she didn’t say anything, I saw another cook who saw me through a little window they have there and didn’t tell anyone I think and nobody saw me for almost 10 minutes. How sad, I would not recommend this place to anyone who is passing by or visiting, it’s a waste of time. I was very hungry and I left the place without being served. The good thing is that another convenient place nearby was open and they served me immediately. This place is not recommended for people who are just taking a trip, it’s a waste of time.
