OG Zaza but on wheels! Our pizza trailer serves up New Haven style (well done and thin crust) hand tossed 12 pizzas cooked in 5-7 minutes in our custom wood fire brick oven! We use fresh local ingredients and everything is made from scratch. Fast and fresh.

Love New Haven pizza, love the char, but $20 for a small personal pizza begs for perfection (Yes, even on a trailer). This one was on the burnt/dry side, crust was unfortunately inedible on some slices. Was like a cracker without any chew. The freezing weather probably didn’t help with that. Ingredients/taste is great, just make sure it’s not overcooked when you receive it! Wish I had better photos we were too hungry. I attached one of the inedible pieces of crust.

I ordered from DoorDash. What was delivered was not the fault of DoorDash. The pizza was very burnt and some of the saltiest food I’ve ever tried (and I love salt). It was inedible. Looking underneath the pizza, the amount of grease was crazy! So gross. I don’t understand how they would allow a pizza that burnt to leave the premises and also, serve anything so insanely salty.

Had them outside work earlier today. Ordered a margarita pizza. Really quick turn around, simple and easy pickup process. Was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in years. Cool and down to earth owner. Bravo! Hope to see OG Zaza again.

grabbed a Parma from OG ZAZA Pizza Trailer, and honestly, that thing was fire. The flavor was on point crispy crust, fresh toppings, and that cheese hit just right. You can tell they put some real love into their food.
Now yeah, I’ll keep it real for a food truck, the prices are kinda up there. It’s not your cheap grab ann go slice; it’s more like what you’d pay at a decent sit-down restaurant. But the quality totally backs it up.
The setup’s cool too just a trailer, but it’s got that street food charm. If you’re looking for something legit, OG ZAZA delivers. A little pricey, but worth every bite if you’re all about that gourmet pizza life.

Every pizza they have here is great (I’ve been working my way through the menu) but the Parma is next level (plus, it has arugula so it’s basically a salad). The service is great – Josh got my pizza out hot and fast. Highly recommend coming out to Headflyer to sit on the patio for some beer, Za, and sunshine.

I just saw Josh’s video showcasing your pizza trailer. thank you for supporting his amazing cause. I pray that you continue to be blessed with success and the opportunity to support those less fortunate. You and your staff are wonderful examples of the type of men we need in this world.

I love wood fired pizza and expect some charred spots as it adds to the flavor. But this was flat out burnt. The pizzas were also very small – even for individual size pies.

Amazing pizza, however, compared with the other pictures I’m seeing on Google, and based on my friends’ experience who also ordered pizza the same time as me, they seem to have significantly decreased the size of the pizza. Wish I would’ve taken a picture to evidence, but it was barely enough to serve one person, which is unfair to pay 20-22 dollars for.

They’re really such wholesome people! The owner turned down $1,000 a YouTuber was giving to buy pizza for the homeless. He even drove up to the homeless shelter to cook fresh pizza for them. The YouTuber again tried to give him the money as a tip, he said, maybe the cooks that help him would take it. But they denied it too. I love them!

Stopped at the OG ZaZa pizza at Headflyer Brewing to enjoy a Parma pizza and a couple of beers during the TimberWolves game. Good wood fired pizza with a right mix of toppings Definitely recommend for a quick stop.
