Geo doesn’t just make drinks — he creates an experience. Every cocktail was perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and crafted with real precision. You can tell he understands mixology at a high level, but what truly sets him apart is his energy. Attentive without hovering, charismatic without trying too hard, and genuinely welcoming.
And the excellence doesn’t stop there. The boss, Amil — aka Amillion — runs the room with a presence that sets the tone for the entire rooftop. You can feel the leadership and pride in every detail. Dr. Dario behind the bar is just as impressive — smooth, knowledgeable, and dialed in. Together, this team creates an atmosphere that feels elevated, exclusive, and effortless.
With the skyline views and lakefront atmosphere, Offshore is already a vibe — but this crew takes it to something unforgettable. They made our night feel seamless from start to finish.
If you’re at Navy Pier, ask for Geo, Amillion, or Dr. Dario. and Mr 4th batter Tio Arturo You won’t regret it…. And most importantly you won’t forget it…
A relaxing morning vibe with fresh coffee, delicious pastries, and lakefront scenery that’s hard to beat. The staff were warm and attentive, and the ambiance was perfect for a peaceful start to the day. Highly recommend for a scenic, satisfying breakfast in Chicago.
Gf had the burger with fries. Which she liked.
She got some fruity vodka cocktail which she loved. I got red wine which was fine.
All in all food deserves 5 considering the price tag isn’t very high.
Service: Table wasn’t wiped clean. There were some sticky stains on the corner from drinks. Upon request it was promptly wiped down. Food took some time but it was standard restaurant wait time. Guy checked on us a couple times and that was that.
Atmosphere: there was open roof seating, it’s a third floor of a building so it’s not that high but it has the advantage of being on a pier so you kind of look back on the city which is a pretty nice view imo. There were outdoor heaters too from what I saw so you could probably request them at any time if you want to sit outdoors. Cups were plastic which was lame. Chairs were squeaky, wobbly, old wooden chairs you’d find in the corner of your grandma’s house. The one that stands in the corner and no one uses. A plus is that there were A LOT of Christmas decorations stuff you can take pictures with.
On our visit (around Christmas), the fireworks were being launched from another location that’s not visible from the restaurant, but they reached out beforehand to let us know, and that wasn’t our priority this time around anyway.
The music was good and I wish I went on a sunny busy day bc the outside lounge is so big and has fun games, would be awesome to celebrate and enjoy outside!!
