Great bar, great time, good price. The entertainment was great. The musicians were very engaging with the crowd. Process to request a song was easy and straightforward. Drinks were great and fairly priced. Came early and left “early” after about 90 mins. You could feel a good crowd vibe that I am sure carried over into later in the night. Will definitely go again and everyone I have talked to since Saturday night is probably tired of hearing about the piano bar. Lol.

Had an awesome time, the two musicians were amazing and engaging. Drinks were fairly priced and the atmosphere was awesome. Sucks we had to leave next day cause otherwise we would gone back. While I didn’t have any drinks wife had a few and she really liked them.

My Liver Hates Me, But My Soul is Happy

If you’re looking for a refined, quiet evening, you’ve come to the wrong review. This dueling piano bar is like a musical boxing match where the weapons are pianos, comedy, and booze. It’s the only place where you can give an impossible song request, and then stumble your way through a group dance—all before midnight. The atmosphere is so friendly that you might accidentally adopt a stranger. Seriously, I went in with friends and family and left with a renewed appreciation for my ability to dance while holding a cocktail. Go here. It’s an absolute blast, just be sure to send your liver a postcard from the floor. There was a $10 cover fee that maybe questionable due to the drink prices but was worth it in the end for the entertainment.

Stopped in on a Monday to checkout before flying back home the next morning. It was kind of dead when I was there (9:00-10:30) but it definitely picked up as the night went on. My gin & tonic was only $6 so whoever was complaining about drink prices, I can’t relate. The concept is great. Everyone was having a good time. $5 to get in during the week, $10 on weekends. You are given a request pad and bring it up to the pianist with cash and they play the song. The guy played a U2 cover of “Where the Streets Have No Name” that was impressive as hellll. A different review mentioned the size of the crowd will influence the vibe and I’d say that’s accurate. Definitely worth checking out but even more so on peak nights. It’s a really cool concept. 10/10 recommend.

Off the Wagon is hands down my favorite bar and honestly the only place I usually go when I’m out. The atmosphere is always amazing—fun, energetic, and welcoming every single time. As a regular, I can genuinely say this place just keeps getting better and better.

The staff works incredibly hard and always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great time. The drinks are consistently great, and the performers are absolutely amazing, they really make the experience unforgettable.

Off the Wagon feels like home, and it never disappoints. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great night out!

My husband and I were in town for a concert. We heard the music from the street and decided to stop in after dinner for an after-dinner drink. Les was playing piano and was quite the entertainer. Great talent, personality, and song repertoire. He discovered I was a big fan of Billy Joel’s first album and played almost all songs from it, unprompted. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely stop in again next time we’re in Asheville.

Love it here, have came multiple times with my boyfriend now. Carrigan is a great server ! Very attentive and friendly! Bartenders are friendly as well! (: even if you don’t request a song, it’s still a fun great date nite !! Very affordable, got about $60; only expensive drink was the high noon! Recommend

Everything was super fun but the drummer sucked all the vibes out of the room. Drums are cool but not when they’re louder than everything else. Also the drummer looked like a worse version of Lars Ulrich

We came all the way from Georgia for a night out, and Off the Wagon absolutely delivered! The energy was insane, the musicians were crazy talented, and the whole place had everyone laughing, singing, and hyped up the entire night.

The staff was super friendly, the song requests were on point, and the vibe made us feel like locals even though we were just visiting. Don’t forget you can bring your own snacks/food of course I ordered papa John’s .

If you’re looking for a fun, unforgettable night, this is definitely the spot. We loved it so much and will 100% be back next time we’re in town! ✨
