We had lunch here after spending some time at White Rocks on Sunday. They were not very busy and we grabbed a table outside. The initial contact with the gentleman inside was very encouraging and positive (he was very helpful with our first beer selection). It was only after moving outside that the service went downhill fast. The young man serving outside was less than attentive and whenever he did grace us with his presence he was unfriendly and acted like we were really intruding on his day. Just a horrible attitude coupled with poor service.

This was our second time eating at Off the Rails. We were thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed with our meal. We spent $182 for Velveeta cheese and canned chicken on top of our nachos and the taste of sprinkled taco seasoning on our pizza. The pizza was cut in a way in which you couldn’t eat without cutting it up. The plates were too small to fit the pieces. As if that wasn’t enough there was a 3% unexplained wellness charge on our bill. Apparently the owner collects this and pays it out to the kitchen staff at the end of the year. To say the owner is cutting corners and taking advantage of the lack of restaurants in the area is an understatement. Since owning a home here there have been a few owners of this restaurant but this was by far the worst experience we have had. Not to mention my kids were sick the remainder of the evening.

The pizza smelled and tasted like the thin crust from home. Very delicious, the server seemed a little nervous at first but she warmed up quickly, the wings are good too. The price is about level in todays market. The atmosphere was very pleasant, a lot of smiles which is always good. Will definitely be going back again for that at home feel and taste.

Great service and great food! 8 people in group (4 adults and 4 kids). Waitress was extremely nice and attentive. The food came out quickly and was delicious (loaded nachos, Fish tacos, chicken tacos, and chilli)

Great food. I had the GF pizza, and it wasn’t just a frozen crust, which was a nice treat. Waitstaff was great. Only thing I’d ding them on was the noise, very noisy and karaoke going in the background. Would try again.

Let me start the review by saying this place has incredible napkins. It’s overlooked at almost every restaurant but not here. Especially when the menu consists of finger food, wings, pizza, etc. the napkin is critical. This place has great napkins. They went out of their way to find me a non-alcoholic beer, and that made an impression on me. I’d love a greater variety of them, but they do have a great selection of regular beers. Also a nice list of wines. We came for the pizza, and it was excellent. Crispy bottom, not too greasy and a ton of tasty toppings options. They have plenty of big screen tvs for the game and a band was setting up when I left. This place packs them in, so if you want a ton of personal space, this isn’t going to check that box. Fun spot with a separate room with games and a pool table. Parking was not an issue, but I assume I got lucky, bc the large parking lot was quite full.

Great experience with live music playing folk, classic rock, and southern rock. Did not try the pizza this time but had delicious, loaded chicken nachos with queso and guacamole. The carne asada tacos came 4 to an order and had a nice dipping sauce. Will be back!

Went there last night. Very poor dining experience. Was in a party of 6 and the person who ordered his pizza received it 30 minutes before the rest of us received our food. And before he received his pizza before his drink. The burger that I got was good but the fries came out 7 minutes before the burger.

Really was hoping the best for this place. Hopefully this review will catch the owner’s attention, but we didn’t have a great experience. I’ll caveat this by saying they were very busy, and I know that’s hard to keep everyone happy, but there were many missed opportunities, and no apologies. Firstly, once we were at our table, we didn’t have a server come over for 15 minutes. We knew he saw us because he was waiting all the tables around us, but he didn’t say a word.
