We love Off Th Hook! The people who work here and the people who come to enjoy it are always great. The crab and shrimp dip was tasty yesterday! I normally enjoy the seafood cavatapi or crawfish etouffee. Their fresh oysters are always a nice treat too. The seating is plentiful, whether you sit at the huge outdoor bar or one of the tables that sits beneath a shade covering, the water views are beautiful. Live entertainment Friday-Sunday is iffy. Yesterday’s singer sounded like he was battling with a severe throat illness, but it was still fun background noise.

It’s hard to rate this restaurant because the views are outstanding. They could almost just serve beer and be set! I ordered the fried flounder and it came with three generous pieces on my sandwich at $16. However, if you pay $25 in cash for your order, you get a free half pound of shrimp. That’s a deal!
Let’s talk about the real deal here which is that gorgeous intercoastal view sitting right on the water. As the birds swoop by hoping that you drop a fry, you can easily look them in the eye and let them know that you’re not sharing. Share one you share all so they will gang up on you. Better not to drop anything! Sit back and relax with a friend or just by yourself. Have a beer or have a tea. Either way you can’t go wrong at this place! I’ll try some different food next time because the atmosphere will definitely bring me back.
The batter for the fried flounder could use some seasoning and that would have made me more happy and maybe some extra lettuce on the sandwich but other than that I would say they did pretty good. Maybe they’ll see this post and add some flavor to that fish batter!
Although the food was a little under my expectations, the atmosphere knocked it out of the park actually!

Great restaurant right on the water. We started with the shrimp and crab dip which was awesome. We had it gone in 5 minutes. I ordered the oyster po boy which was really good, but a tad small. If you are coming by boat around lunch time on the weekend, be prepared to wait for a spot to open. There are not a lot of spaces because the fueling station reserves at least 2. Including ours, about 5 or 6 boats is all that could realistically aqueeze into spots on the dock.

I was visiting Florida for the first time and my friends took me here for a local seafood experience. They have done great. The spot was amazing and the food was very tasteful. The lighthouse and history sourrounding it unique. A small nature trail nearby through a coastal hammock offered a unique look into the inlet vegegation and fauna.

We met out of state family for lunch and this was the perfect pick. Beautiful on the river location. Food was excellent. While we waited for our table, we had cocktails in the sunny little seating areas and listened to a great entertainer. Just wonderful experience. But as busy as they were, the best part was the service. The staff hustles with a smile, and our server, Madison R was THE BEST. Never missed a beat on refills, checking on us without interrupting – just excellent. Thank you for making our family day on the water just perfect.

The fried combo platter was delicious! My friend got the fried shrimp basket and said it was great as well. The diet coke was super refreshing on a hot day after the beach. The crab and fish dip could use a little work. It had great flavor, but the consistency was too watery more like a soup than a dip. They had live music being performed. The setting is very chill, I’d definitely come back again.

Atmosphere was awesome! Used to come here years ago & now I have a little one and we enjoyed the sunset/ the beautiful views on the water! Food was delicious as always! Drinks were fabulous, a little strong.. but for some places, that’s rare. Only thing I can honestly complain about were the French fries not being any better but everything else I would highly recommend! 10/10!

Met up with my brother and his family while they were vacationing in Daytona Beach. They treated me to dinner here. The food was delicious. I ordered one of the fish specials and it did not disappoint. The sauce was amazing! I couldn’t stop eating it. Everyone at our table was very happy with their meal. The water views from our table were great as well. Definitely a must try seafood spot

Amazing food, well served and gorgeous location! Definitely a must visit!! We didn’t have to wait much (10 minutes more or less) even though it was a sunny Sunday, the food came quickly and the appetizers, wow!! The grouper bites is chef’s kiss! Amazing staff too!
