We were zipping down highway when hunger pains struck. In need of sustenance, I whipped out my phone to find some super tasty BBQ.
I wondered how 50 people could give a 5 star rating. Then I tasted the brisket! It delivered a rich, succulent explosion of flavor in my mouth. The BBQ sauce left a lovely zing in my mouth. I hummed a little song of joy.
The potato salad has a dill twist to it which was a lovely change from a regular style. The pasta was also very good. Now there are 51 people who think Off the Bone is worthy of 5 stars!

Wow. This was some good BBQ. Brisket was fire. Super tender and full of flavor. My daughter might be the pickiest person on the planet and loved the Brisket. Potato salad was on point. Highly recommend this place. Outside picnic table seating.

Probably my favorite was the juicy brisket & and 2nd the smoked andoille sausage.. the pulled pork was also excellent
We did get an order of rib tips as well , They had a great smoky flavor… a bit spicy for me… but nonetheless super good
The beans are 5 star great! And one of the best macaroni salads I’ve had in years.! Now I wish we had tried the coleslaw
I would highly recommend stopping by and chowing down on this food!
They gave us 3 bbq sauces (mild med and spicy)
The 3 meat w an order of rib tips was plenty for the 4 of us (not huge eaters)
The pitmaster was there as well as a very nice woman
they took care of us mid-western style!
We really appreciated and made sure to tip them! Look forward to passing through and having some more of their yummy barbecue soon enough!!

Awesome BBQ truck. I got the ribs and they were well seasoned and fell right of the bone. He also let me try the brisket and ooh my. I’ll be back there for the brisket for sure. Ribs come with two sides, I got coleslaw and potato salad. Fairly priced and he knows how to work the smoker. Would highly recommend if you’re in the FLW area.

The best RIBS. I eat all over the country being in food service it is a way of life. These are hands down the best ribs I have had in a really long time, if not ever. The rub used is the perfect mix of sweet with a small backend kick. Most places rely on their sauce, not here he has no need to cover up bad ribs with sauce, which in my opinion is why people use sauce. His brisket is juicy and tender, perfect as well, still nothing compared to the ribs.

Stopped here on our way through town for a concert and it did not disappoint! I had the BBQ Sundae with brisket and my boyfriend had the brisket sandwich with potato salad. One of the best, if not THE best, bbq places we have ever been to! The bisket was very tender and could taste the smoke on it as well. Good portions on the meat. I LOVED the sundae. The coleslaw was amazing. The potato salad is very dilly and was creamy. This is a must stop place! We got there right at noon on a Saturday no wait and they had our food ready in just a few minutes. Very happy we waited for them to open instead of finding a different place to eat.

If you’re a BBQ lover, this place is a must-visit! The brisket sandwich and platter of brisket and chicken thighs were hands down some of the most tender and flavorful I’ve ever had. The seasoning was spot on, and each bite melted in your mouth. Don’t forget to ask for extra BBQ sauce. Will definitely come back for more.
