What a great find in Prior Lake! So much meat on our taco’s; two is more than enough and I was stuffed. The rice was incredible. I am not usually one to brag about rice but so flavorful. Perfect spice level – spicy salsa has a really good kick!

We happened to get in on our first Ofelia’s experience when a friend picked up tacos for those of us helping my daughter move into her new home in Prior Lake. We were really impressed!
Now we look for reasons to come there on Thursdays or Saturdays (we live a half hour away) so we can pick up their fabulous food.
The beef brisket or pork tacos are amazing, and the beef brisket burritos are HUGE! Only wish they also offered a side of tortilla chips and salsa. That would perfectly round out meal.
