Our office tried OD’s on a whim for lunch, and it definitely did not disappoint! Calling in, Otis (the owner), could tell we were first time customers and told us just to stop in and he’d allow us to try free samples to make sure we’d like what we planned on ordering. Going off previous reviews of the restaurant, we did not feel that was necessary, and just went ahead with our order.

As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with friendly service and felt very welcomed. It was our first time there so the gentleman working explained the menu to us and let us sample some of the sides. You gotta be confident in your cooking to do that… and he had every right to be. Food was seasoned to perfection. Mac and cheese was done right, greens with cabbage, and green beans were seasoned well. Yams 10/10.

This wonderful restaurant has options I could only dream about. Different kinds of beautiful fish paired with every kind of delicious soulfood side you can think of. Imagine a fish that is cooked and seasoned so well it does not need any hot sauce, salt, or any other sauce!!! You simply take the delicious fish from the plate directly to your hungry mouth and let the flavors hit you!

Soon as I walked into the restaurant I was greeted by the owner of the restaurant I told him it was my first time there he then proceeded to tell me all about the difference sides dishes and gave me a sample of all of them he really had a southern style about him food was so delicious it really made me feel like I was back at home 10/10 must try again

Awesome litte fish spot. Found it while I was working in the area. They gave me a free sample while I was on the clock and showed me love so I had no choice but to come back for dinner. Some of the best fried fish I have ever had. I had the haddock with some Cole slaw and a large side of candies yams. Go ahead and get some sea food in your system you will not regret your decision!
