The facility has a cool history and unique architecture. I dropped in for lunch and a beverage. The shepherds pie was amazing and the service was excellent. Take some time to look around and read every in the walls. Great place to grab a quick meal and drinks.

We popped in for a late night cocktail and beer on the patio while listening to a great Scottish musician. Such fun. The service was really good especially since it was pretty bustling. There was a Timberwolves game happening next door. I’ll go back and check out the food. The atmosphere was fun and energetic.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere here. We sat by the real fireplace, which was wonderful on the wintery stormy night they were having. All 5 of our party ordered something different and we all enjoyed our food. Good tap selection, too. Our server was kind and helpful since one of our party members were late; she was very accommodating in our orders for them.

I had a bourbon lemonade, rueben wontons, and a caesar salad. I tried ordering the wheels whelans cheese plate since it was on the menu, but I was told they don’t serve it anymore which was disappointing. The “wontons” were actually egg rolls, which was confusing, but they tasted good and the dipping sauce that came with it was delicious. The drink was very weak though. Great service from Kyle. They have a large outdoor seating area as well as large indoor seating options.

They were out of a few signature food items. Drinks are mixed weak, almost to the point it’s unsure if any alcohol was added. Good Chicken strips, friendly staff. Unfortunately Pepsi instead of Coke. Great location !

Came in before a game. Had the Shepards pie. Was reasonably priced and well worth it. Decent quality and quantity to be full and ready to watch the game.
Sat near the entrance which would be great in better temperatures but in cold weather you will be chilled every time the door opens. Recommend sitting more internally.
Good bar and food atmosphere and would recommend to visit. Will not be getting 5 star quality service but felt the staff were all motivated and happy as one can be while dealing with people.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but my experience here was extremely disappointing. We came here one night and the server was dismissive and made us feel like a burden just for ordering. Came back the next evening to give it a second shot and the service was even worse. Super unkind, rude staff. The bar itself is cool with the large outdoor patio area. Hospitality is a big part of any bar experience and this place completely failed on that front.

Why is this place not buzzing with people? This place should be absolutely packed right now, GREAT FOOD, GREAT ALCOHOL. GOOD PRICES. What more could you ask for. I got the Reuben Wontons and The Galway Bookmaker. I also recommend trying an Orange Mule. I dined in solo, sat wherever I liked, and had an amazing meal. Perfect because i’m incredibly hung over. Lemme say it again for the people in the back, THIS PLACE SHOULD BE PACKED ️ ️ ️. Shout out to the amazing waitress Catherine.

So they don’t run the pop-up but the staff were their staff so that’s what I’m rating
We were a table of four, waited to order drinks – no one came to our table so went to bar. Our waitress was also handling the main bar area so wasn’t very attentive to our tables. Finally she came to our table – my son ordered and paid for a drink to never have it arrive. Finally found the waitress and find out the drink had been sitting at the bar for over 20 min. Bar tender remade the drink as it had melted and I took the drink to our table.
