From the moment we walked in, the warm welcome and cozy ambiance set the tone for a truly special evening. The menu — inspired by authentic Abruzzese Italian cuisine — showcased incredible flavors and quality ingredients in every dish we tried.
Delicious food, great service, and cozy vibe! The home-baked focaccia is unreal, the pistachio pasta is a must-try, and the bodega salad is so good I can eat it everyday. And that chicken cutlet? Absolutely out of this world. Whether for a date night, dinner with friends, or a celebratory meal, this place delivers an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend! First the good news. The restaurant has nice atmosphere, old school Italian with a modern flare. The good news ends there. I booked this for a birthday celebration on a Wednesday, one month in advance. There were 6 of us. We ordered a simple appetizer with olives, capers, cheese, Italian long hot peppers, and some Italian meats. It was fine, pleasant but nothing spectacular. I ordered the melenzana ala forno which is a simple Italian dish with fried eggplant, ricotta, and tomato sauce over pasta. The tomato sauce was so bland, the eggplant barely fried and stringy thrown over pasta. If you’ve ever had sauce out of a jar that is bland, you know what I mean. I make better sauce in my own kitchen weekly, by far! The only flavor that stood out was the homemade pasta which was fine but if I wanted that, I would quickly make my own, boil it and throw it on a plate with no sauce (why?!). We also ordered the pistachio pesto and it had little to no flavor. I’ve also made this myself and I make it with a lot of flavor (salt, pepper, Parmesan, a little basil for color and punch, pistachios and olive oil). This is a simple dish that should be very flavorful but it just wasn’t. Someone else had the chicken and said it was flavorless and not great. We did also start with a salad which was fine, it didn’t have a lot dressing but it was pilled with mozzarella cheese. The deserts were pretty but nothing to write home about.
Overall, the restaurant is underwhelming and super expensive. Also the service was interesting. We felt rushed even though it was 7pm on Wednesday night and only 2 other tables were there. They didn’t even offer us coffee with desert. The waiters were nice but they almost treated us like we were keeping them from closing up. Why allow a 7pm reservation if you’re going to push your guests out an hour after they arrive?
Sorry to say, for the money, it’s really not worth it. The food just isn’t great. I’ve had much better Italian meals at local places for half the price. I’m rather picky when it comes to Italian food but I don’t expect perfection. I just expect flavor. ODO’s did not deliver at all.

Beautiful, cozy place. I sat at the bar where you can see them cooking everything with their open lay out of the kitchen. The vibe was just right and it was only their first night open. I love that they support several local business as their uniform for the staff. Maria, the manager was very accommodating and made the best cocktails. Gnocchi LITERALLY melts in your mouth. So excited for what’s to come of this restaurant.
Street Parking is free after 5pm which is when they open. And they don’t take reservations which I like, there’s always room for a walk-in or a drink at the bar while you wait!

First time and i must say this place is uniquely great. Nice atmosphere w/ great italian food. Not the typical italian but maintained the excellent quality w/ a touch of magic. You descend from Bronxville to reach ODO, which feels right. Good things shouldn’t be too easy to find. It sits tucked away in Tuckahoe, the kind of place you’d miss if you didn’t know to look. Then you climb back up the hill and discover a small, uncommercial kitchen that knows exactly what it’s doing

The bread arrives first—always fresh, always warm made with Italian flour. It’s the hallmark of genuine welcome, that bread. A small gesture that signals everything else will be done properly too.
The pasta is made in-house. You can taste the difference, the way you can always taste the difference when someone actually cares. The wine list is compact but well chosen—evidence of thought rather than inventory. They’ve selected, not simply stocked.
What strikes me most is the community feel, which is oddly rare in Westchester. For a place supposedly full of neighborhoods and local spirit, you’d expect more of this—genuine gathering spots that belong to everyone and no one in particular. ODO has it. Perhaps because it’s uncommercial in spirit, unconcerned with being anything other than what it is: a great Italian restaurant run by people who mean it.
I return when I need reminding that simple things done well are enough. The food is consistently excellent. The service is genuinely kind—not performed kindness, the real thing. It makes me feel good, which is a rarer gift than we acknowledge.

Best Italian food in Westchester… full stop!
All pasta is made fresh, a fantastic menu. You won’t find this gnocchi anywhere. Oh and no need to go to a steakhouse… the steak was amazing! Great attentive service staff. Definitely need a reservation, place is packed!

Went to Odo last night with my daughter. We did not have reservations but were lucky enough to get 2 seats at the end of the bar. BEST SEATS in the house. The aromas coming from the dishes as they were being prepared were so delicious! All of the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about the plates. The chef is an expert with flavors!
We started out with the scarpetta…a white sauce which was perfectly seasoned and garnished with fresh herbs served with home made, warm foccacia. Next we shared the Aglie E Olio…pasta was perfectly al dente and the sauce was delicously salty and garlicky. For our entree, we had the steak which was seared to medium perfection, with the cheesy mashed potatoes and vegetables. Out of this world! We finished the night with the strawberries and marscapone with an espresso martini.
I loved the simplicity of the menu. I didnt have to flip through pages to decide what to order. And I know whatever I order will exceed expectations! We will definitely go back and plan on eventually trying everything on the menu!!

This place is a long time coming. I’m glad Odo finally got the chance to open it’s doors and provide us with one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. The decor sets the tone for what’s about to go down. You might not have a nonna, but the second you walk in here, you do and she thinks you’re far too thin. We started with the scarpetta with homemade focaccia, house-cured coppa and speducc – all three were excellent. For our mid-course we had the cacio pepe showered with black truffle. Homemade pasta, creamy, flavorful sauce, truffles on truffles were out of this world, my favorite dish of the night. For our entree, we had the porterhouse which was cooked simply and perfectly. We had no room for dessert but they all looked great. Friendly, knowledgeable staff highlighted the experience. I look forward to having many fabulous meals here.

Great food! Very authentic. I miss the Cacio and Pepe pasta with shaved truffle that they used to have. But I just went back and tried the Lumache, which was amazing!! The scarpetta bread and vesta sauce is the most amazing flavor I have ever had! Others in my party enjoyed their food and especially loved the bodega salad.

Had read many reviews about this new place ODO in Tuckahoe; so a friend and I decided to give it a try. Walked in and were immediately greeted and told the manager had to speak to us about our reservation, the people before us were not ready to leave so they wanted us to get started at the bar, we’d have a great view of the open kitchen, it’s a fun spot, apologies for the delay…they were very nice, the servers were all so friendly and chatty, immediately we were having fun. So we ended up staying at the bar for drinks and dinner, it was great! Maria poured the drinks, made us laugh and ran us through the menu. Everything sounded delicious and I love hearing homemade cheese and homemade pasta! So we kicked things off with the Speducce, grilled lamb on a stick served in a clay pot, whether you like lamb or not, try it! The flavors were on point and it was delicious and just enough of an app to leave room for dinner. I got the Chitarra with the truffle shower which they shave over your pasta right in front of you (see boomerang if you need a truffle shower) . We ended with zeppole for dessert and espresso. #nomnom
