From my perspective, some of the menu prices are on the higher side. For two people, our total was close to $60 just for food, so that’s something to keep in mind.
Unfortunately, while the food was great, the service did not match the quality of the meal. The hostess was very friendly and greeted us warmly. However, our server’s customer service was lacking. When someone says “thank you,” it’s customary to at least acknowledge it with a simple “you’re welcome.” I wasn’t expecting anything over the top — just a basic acknowledgment would have been appreciated. This happened multiple times throughout the meal — when our order was taken, when the food was delivered, when we were asked if we needed anything else, and even when I paid the check. Not once were the thank yous acknowledged.
As someone who works in a customer service industry, I truly value good service. While the food was very good, the experience overall left me hesitant about returning.
Wife had the Chicken Caesar. Said the chicken was so nicely cooked, this might have been best ever.
I had the Cuban sandwich, which was a bit unconventional but really quite good. And the options for sides were varied, including 3-4 kinds of potatoes, 2 kinds of salad, et.al. The slaw looked rather pedestrian, but was one of the best tasting I’ve had in a long time. I also had a Raven brewing Porter that was quite good from their broad selection of tap beers.
Two others at our table had the DBLT [one with mashed & gravy side :<) ], and both raved about it. One person had the Poutine, and darn near licked the gravy off the plate. ;<) :<) Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food.
Server Gracie was very pleasant and patient with our table of 6, while being just the right amount of attentive.
I also thought pricing was quite reasonable for the quality we experienced.
We’ll definitely return when in the area.
Highly recommended.
Stopped by Oddfellas Pub & Eatery and had a great time! The vibe was relaxed, the staff was friendly, and the food and drinks hit the spot. We ordered the Irish Nachos and Bangers & Mash, paired with an Irish Death porter and vodka waters. The nachos were fun and flavorful, though I’m not the biggest fan of Velveeta cheese—just a personal preference. The gravy on the bangers & mash leaned a bit salty, but the sausages were cooked just right and the mashed potatoes were creamy and satisfying.
The real surprise bonus? Free longhorn smoked baby back ribs—yes, free! Turns out they offer a different free food special every day of the week. Thursday was rib night, and they were smoky, tender, and packed with flavor.
Check the photos or stop in to see what’s on offer daily—it’s a great way to try something new or just enjoy a generous happy hour perk.
Overall, Oddfellas is a solid local gem with character, cold drinks, and a kitchen that’s not afraid to mix things up. We’ll definitely be back!
Oddfellas is the perfect place to stop for a pint and catch the game on the TVs in the bar, a date night, or a fantastic meal with family or friends.
My husband had the Cheesy Brit with tots, and I had the Cuban with coleslaw. Was nice having more options than just boring fries.
Both sandwiches were toasted perfectly, and they didn’t skimp on the meat!
Our grandbaby loved his Flatbread Pepperoni Pizza – and it was big enough to take some home.
Can’t wait to come back for breakfast
This was my first time here. I got the club sandwich with onion rings and it was perfect. I will definitely be back to try some other goodies on the menu.
