I visited on New Year’s Eve and they were running a set menu with plenty of courses! Delicious food and great service. Although it was a rainy night, we sat outdoors in the covered area and it was still perfect. Very warm with overhead heaters, completely sheltered, and the candles made everything cosier. No wind or breeze as it’s fully sealed + curtains by the entrance. Thank you, Octavia! Happy New Year!

We went for dinner to celebrate our anniversary and had an amazing time! We started with a fresh salad, followed by a delicious pasta with pork and a perfectly cooked fish as our main courses. What really stood out to us was the sourdough bread super elastic, warm, and with that perfect tangy flavor, absolutely incredible. To make the night even more special, they surprised us with a dessert on the house for our anniversary. The service was excellent from start to finish. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I never write reviews, but I had to come back for to say this. Best meal I’ve had in a LONG time. 10/10. Everything was amazing. The service, the wine. We had two appetizers, each a glass, each a main and shared a dessert. About $130 a person. Shocked how how well the cost was with that.
I got my meal to go and it still tasted just bad good the next day.
We got the bread with the butter, the blue cheese salad, I got the wagyu and him the cod, chardonnay wine, and the galette to share.

Did the tasting menu with wine pairing and thought it was actually incredible value, especially with hits like the soft shell crab and the lamb risotto. Fish dish was also very good. Service was friendly and conversational!

Great neighborhood dinner spot! The parklet is perfect if you want to bring your dog. The menu often changes so it’s easy to be a regular. And the bread is phenomenal. Don’t miss out on the saturbake if your willing to wait in line

Chris was incredible — a true professional, incredibly warm and sweet, and he made us feel instantly increadible
We loved the amazing pasta course, and the crunchy black cod, — everything was simply delicious!
The wine list is outstanding as well. We can’t wait to come back!

This is my favorite restaurant in SF. The dishes are unique, interesting, and full of flavor. And the experienced staff elevate your time here. They’re always amazing at curating the right wine to go with your meal and describing the different flavor profiles of each dish.
The desserts are also so creative and are my favorite part!

We ordered the prefix menu $98
The server forgot our bread 🙁
We were seated outdoor so feel like the server forgot our bread because of that.
We would consider order the a la carte menu next time.
The tasting menu is very creative but the service is not as good as what we’re expecting. Maybe because we were seated at the patio, the servers forgot our bread. The appetizers overall are tasty and fresh. We like the mushroom pasta. The fish and duck are also really nice. Desserts are good with high quality. The interior of the restaurant looks great but they only have a restroom so there’s always a line.

Read the reviews and had pretty high expectations that unfortunately did not live up to the hype. There were three of us and we had the tasting menu with two wine pairings. The bill was 500+ tip. Given that the food was average at best I was extremely disappointed. Nothing stood out except for the deep fried asparagus as a starter. Everything else except for the desserts was mediocre at best. The wines, however were exceptional. What really stood out was how they just brought plates and left them in the middle of the table without side plates. The fact that they couldn’t be bothered to make small plates for each person and bring them separately blew my mind. A couple of the courses were rushed and for dessert they even forgot the wines for the pairing. Looking at the pics now I’m wondering how the food could be so average when it looks so good in the photos. This of course excludes the asparagus, the wines and the desert which was five star.

Disappointed by the mediocre food and condescending attitude of the serving staff. The food was presented very well but was hit or miss, the fried string beans were VERY fibrous and the fish was not fresh enough but thankfully it’s fully cooked. Cocktails were also weird. Service staff wasn’t friendly at all and acted like he’s hurried to get his job done and couldn’t care less. Not really a place you’d want to come back or even give a try.
