I had the meatloaf with mac and cheese and green beans. When it came out, my first impression was wow these portion sizes are small. The meatloaf was a mini individual loaf and on the small side. The flavor was good however. The Mac and cheese was also a very small portion. It was ok, but nothing special. I’ve had fast food Mac and cheese that is better to be honest. The green beans were awful. Tasted like they were straight out of the can with no seasoning.

My hubby and I ate lunch at O’charley’s today. The food was delicious. Our server was sooo very nice. ( I think her name is Leah.) we definitely will return. We’ll probably try the Prime Rib. Thanks!

We only came because we had gift cards to use. The food, was very disappointing. The ribs were nasty. They did not fall off the bone, you had to gnaw them off the bone. The greenbeans were very over seasoned and salty. The steamed brocoli, baked potatoes, and the steaks were okay, but not good enough to make us ever return. The wait staff that served us was also running the bar, they did an excellent job of keeping up with the bar customers and the 6 tables they also had. They did have a nice allergen guide available upon request The signage for the restrooms is not very visble.The womans restroom smelt like raw sewage from thier floor drain. Highly disappointing, and would hands down not reccomend.

This restaurant is struggling. The good: We were seated pretty quickly, our server was very friendly and did a decent job, the prices were reasonable and portion sizes sufficient. The bad: they are understaffed. When we left there was a long line of people waiting to be seated. Getting our food and refills took a while. The decor is out-dated, the menu options are uninspiring (My fried chicken salad was pretty boring). The ugly: the place is filthy, supplies (silverware & napkins, cleaning supplies) are sitting out in the open. The glass partitions are covered in fingerprints. I am doubtful they could keep this place looking decent with the small staff (who looked very busy, so I don’t blame them). I think they need to shut down and figure out a better way to operate. I hate to give such a lousy review because the servers are doing their best, but we will not return to this restaurant. I do not recommend dining here.

The food is not up to par and the portions are very small compared to what I remembered. The steak was burnt, the shrimp were hard, and the food was cold.They tried to correct the order but it didn’t make much of a difference but it was fresher. I ordered potatoes which comes with cheese and sour cream, they left out the cheese. I had hair in my food. Did have friendly service.

I came in to get a pickup order. When I got there, there was no record of my order. I was thankful for all of Jonathan’s help in getting everything fixed. I have been going to this locations for years and I will always go back thanks to great employees like Johnathan. There needs to be more employees like him. I came in mad at the world and left a happy and loyal customer forever. Thanks Johnathan!!!!!!

This place doesn’t seem to be going well. The waitress was sweet. The food portions have all went down. Sad to see. The picture is the honey drizzled southern fried chicken.

The atmosphere is dark and uninviting. The employees were all too busy to do the minimum even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. One was complaining about getting a 10 top. Bartender brought no silverware no menu offered me drinks and desert. They wouldn’t let me get happy hour drinks even though it was clearly advertised all over the restaurant. Management said there wasn’t any happy hour and couldn’t give me happy hour pricing. All around had experience and a waste of $40 now I know why Texas Roadhouse is as busy as it is. It would be recommended the staff of O’charly could have a mandatory dinner meeting at the Texas Roadhouse across the street they would see what a functioning restaurant looks like and understand why it’s as busy as it all every single day of the week

This restaurant looks like it is about to close. There were messy tables, and many people were waiting to be seated without a hostess showing up to seat them for a long time. Fingerprints were everywhere. The hostess station was beat up and messy. I know because I was seated and had to look at it and the long line of customers that no one was seating.
We showed up before the lunch rush, so we were seated right away, but the service was slow. It is pretty obvious they are understaffed.
Our waitress was actually pretty awesome, but she was terribly overworked. i cannot fault her for being slow with my drink, ketchup, etc… because I can see she was constantly busy.
The food was OK. If i just picked up the food or had it delivered, I would have rated it higher. But the overall experience was disappointing.
