Ordered a combo appetizer to go. When I got home the cheese wedges had no cheese in it at all. Called the restaurant and manager offered half credit for next time which I was okay with. Still disappointed because I love those cheese wedges.

My wife and I both ordered chicken parm. She doesn’t like spicy and I do. The waiter assured her that the pasta sauce which was described as red pepper sauce is not spicy. Well, it was spicy and had a kick to it. I thought it was very good except the pasta was overcooked.
They were understanding and let her swap for another meal due to the spiciness.
We ordered the pretzel as an appetizer. The pretzel was hot and delicious. We ate it so quickly that I didn’t get a picture of it. They were out of queso unfortunately so they served it with cheddar. I think the queso would have made it even better.
The bread was disappointing. I remember it being soft and tender. This bread was hard and dry at the corners. Like it was a day old.
What I couldn’t believe is $5 22oz draft craft beer and that’s not happy hour. Happy hour is $4. I think I’d go back for happy hour for a pretzel and beer and skip the dinner.

Finally came back to O’Charley’s are swearing off for awhile due to customer service issues.
The fried chicken was quite good, juicy and good flavor. The broccoli was spot on, near perfect cooking prep. Mash potatoes were good I just needed to add salt and pepper for personal taste.
Service was slow even though they looked well staffed and not even half capacity so not sure what the issue was.

Update: Zero Stars!
We tried going here again and this time was worse than last time. The waiter got my order wrong twice. My family got their food but not me. Waited for the waiter to correct the issue (I ordered 2 grilled chicken breasts and received 1 fried chicken breast) as I sat there with the wrong order. He came back with a bowl of what appeared to be half a grilled chicken breast cut into pieces like I was a child. That was it. We were done. Asked for the check and left. We will not be going here again. This place is an over priced joke that can’t get an order correct. Grilled chicken and fried chicken are 2 different things and don’t even sound the same. Then to bring out half of the actual chicken order while my sides got cold, poor service!
I wish this was a better experience. The supposed filet mignon was not. It was roast cut into a small piece. It also was not cooked to medium well. As you can see, that’s rare. I tried to eat it but it was no good. Mushy meat. Gross. Won’t be getting that if we come back. Potato skins were crispy and nearly burnt. It was only 9:30 on a Friday night. You think it would be better at that time.

Nice average place to eat out. The salads which come with the meals are big, but the service is kinda slow…would not recommend for a quick bite. I had the fish platter, which was very big but unfortunately the crab tasted nothing like crab but only seasoning and the fish was cooked completely dry, the shrimps at least were perfect.

I completed a pick up order via DoorDash, which I originally was going to have delivered, but decided it would be quicker to pick up. I ordered a simple dish of chicken strips and fries, but it was not great. It was cold and looked more like leftovers than a full order. I have been coming here for years, but it seems over the last year the quality has declined.

Please shut this place down. Worst service with bad food. We’ve often ordered curbside from here because it’s close to my in-laws and we never learn. They never bring it curbside, once you go in no one assist you, once you have someone attention they disappear for 15 minutes and come back with no food. This poor lady went in ten minutes before I did for her pick up.
EDIT – finally got our order and half of it is missing, none of the topping for the chicken salad, left out the kids meal.

Our local O’Charley’s in Milford is much like any you’ll find in the Midwest. Decent atmosphere and cold beer. With a well stocked bar and friendly folks running the food and drink, it’s a consistently good experience.

We told the server about the moldy broccoli and they didn’t really acknowledge it sitting on a napkin in the middle of the table. I thought they may have offered another side to replace it but they did not. They forgot our to go order, then went ahead and did finally prepare it and comped that meal, which was the seafood platter. When getting it home it was awful.
The steak on the combo was delicious and cooked properly, the loaded mashed potatoes were also delicious. It was free pie Wed which they boxed for us to take home, which was nice. All in all it was a good evening, the servers were young and maybe didn’t quite understand the broccoli shouldn’t be funky and black. 😛
