Very quiet and not very busy. I got the meat loaf, mashed potatoes (they charge extra for gravy) and fried okra. My step dad got the seafood sampler and he enjoyed it all. Our server Bailey was polite and kept our drinks full and kept bringing us rolls. I enjoyed our visit.

Our first time at O’Charley’s was a great experience. Our server, Lashondra, was phenomenal! She gave us the best service that we’ve ever had. She made us feel so welcome, like family. The rolls and butter are delicious. The fried catfish was moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. It was cooked to perfection. The chicken strips and shrimp were great, too. You have to try to caramel pie. It is rich and creamy. The next time we are in Paducah, we’ll be stopping by.

Pretty good. Service was attentive. Prices are reasonable. Cedar plank salmon is tasty. Steaks they have are fair. The rolls are always good with the soft butter. The ribs were pretty tasty as well.

This was by far the BEST dining experience I have ever had. My sister, mom and I were visiting from out of state and we had never ate this establishment and it was by far the best food ever. I couldn’t get enough. Everything was hot and fresh. Our waitress, Lashaunda, went above and beyond any diners expectations when they go out for a meal. Our drinks never ran dry and neither did our bread basket. She was the most delightful person with the best customer service ever. She made us all feel like we were part of her family and I will forever recommend this restaurant if you ever visit.

Passing through Paducah and decided to stop here for lunch. Had never tried before and am very pleased we stopped.
The food was fresh and delicious. Our waitress very friendly, knowledgeable, and acted like she was happy we came in.

Ordered take out passing through from the highway. Ordered the fish and chips. The fish said cod on the menu, but it tasted like chicken. The roll was flat and hard. The service was good, though.

Grilled chicken with 2 sides and added a side. It was plenty for the price. Service was fast friendly. Clean. The experience as a whole was amazing. Ordered 2 Mac an cheese because normally it isn’t much of a portion but Here it was plenty. Rolls very fresh butter soft an melt immediately. Our server was Amazing and enjoyed her job. She did awesome. Such a great experience. Money well spent.
