I placed a curbside order on Saturday (Dec. 20) and like the handful or previous orders it was a very positive experiences . This review is motivated by two things that stood out most..one very positive, and one minor. The minor issue is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars..
First, the service as usual was excellent..My order was brought out to my car within seconds of arriving, and the woman who delivered it was friendly, smiling, and professional. Based on her attire and demeanor, I believe she was a manager. Seeing a manager personally bringing out curbside orders during a slower part of the nigh really speaks volumes about leadership and brand representation. Most guests rarely see managers unless there’s an issue, so this level of visibility and willingness to step in builds real customer trust. It sets the tone for the entire restaurant and shows pride in both the team and the guest experience. Most guests are local to this area, so restaurants are not only serving guests but serving the community they are part of…The food itself was great. I ordered the New Orleans Cajun Chicken Pasta, and it was cooked perfectly—the chicken was tender, the pasta flavorful, and the dinner rolls soft and fresh.
That said, I do want to share one small concer… While the pasta tasted great, it was served in what looked like a large soup-bowl-style to-go container. Visually, it resembled a side dish or small salad rather than a full dinner entrée. I understand portions are based on weight and not container size, and this may be more perception than reality but when paying around $20 for a pasta dish, it’s rather disappointing to get something these size of a michelina meals..Having ordered this several times in the past it seems as if the portion was cut in half half.
Overall, this experience doesn’t change my positive view of O’Charley’s. The food quality and service were exactly what I expect, and I’ll continue to order here understanding now to as a result of increase in coss order two meals instead of one.. As well as excellent leadership and service that deserves to be noticed even when most people wouldn’t.

The steak was very tough. It had a big grizzle right in the middle of the whole steak. It was the worst steak I’ve ever gotten there. Our waitress was rude not only to use but to othe= families as well.

Another disappointing curbside order. Ordered the family-size chicken fingers with fries and salad. This is billed as feeding 6. Not a chance–the portion will feed about 4. The price has increased, and the portions have shrunk. Arrived a few minutes after the scheduled time, and I still had to wait 10 minutes for them to bring the food–at 8 pm so it wasn’t exactly busy.

My mother just got home and she’s been sick every since eating inside like on the toilet sick . I got potato soup too 2 of them and each have no flavor which is not what I usually get at other locations. Very disappointed

The BEST Tilapia I have ever had!! Clean restaurant and friendly staff. We would definitely go here again. Mom had the Baby Back Ribs and loved them.

Food quality does not match price. The pecan salad was about half the size it used to be. Very large core lettuce bits. Also, waited a very long time for a pick-up order. Had to revisit the store because we were missing an entire entree. Overall impression, dissapointment.

Stopped in at O’Charley’s in Cold Spring and had a fantastic experience! The restaurant was super clean and well-kept, which made a great first impression. The male bartender (didn’t catch his name) was absolutely awesome—super friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit even better. The food was delicious too—everything came out hot, fresh, and flavorful. Definitely planning to return soon.

Dined in and there was no one at the hostess stand but noticed some women conversing by the kitchen doors it was the hostess. We waited for maybe 5 minutes while she finished the conversation she was having with her coworker till she waited on us to sit us. Not a good first impression. Was seated and our waitress brought out rolls.. the tiniest and no flavor to them. Order the cheese wedges as our app, that was probably the best thing we had that my boyfriend and I BOTH ordered. He ordered the pork chop combo, pork chops came out mushy and not cooked all the way, I got the steak and tender combo with the macncheese none of which I ordered I ate. The steak had no flavor was burnt on both sides, tenders were cold as if they had been sitting for awhile as well as the macncheese. Honestly overall experience I would have much rather went to a drive thru than have experienced this dine in experience. We will not be back at this location. I would also advise if you have staff that smokes please use some kind of deodorant when you come back to the table to serve your guest. It’s gross when you are trying to enjoy a meal and get greeted with a overwhelming smell of smoke. Cold spring,KY location

Ok so disappointed yet again!!!!I ordered the bacon cheese burger well done(no pink) so I get my burger first off definitely cold ,I could tell this was in something to cook besides a cooktop or kitchen grill,the cheese wasn’t even melted or attempting to melt that’s how cold it was the inside was as pink and cold as if you just flip flip on a cooktop even the waitress said that’s definitely not well done and I told her it was still cold plus there was a pieces of melted cheese another color cheese on my bun,she did offer to cook another one but my party was just about finished with their food, so I declined i didn’t want everyone to wait for me to get mine then eat would of been probably another 25 min or so just to get it ☹️
