The place was very nice it was not loud you could hear yourself think. The server Macy was very attentive with us. The food I think the only thing that was delicious was the appetizer which I give a 5 ☆ Meatball Crostini it was great we could have had one a piece and been satisfied. The meals were not to becoming I had the seafood platter 2 small fishes 3 crabs shells which tasted pastey and the clowslaw was dry the shrimp was way over cooked and you couldn’t get it chewed, my husband had theCat fish dinner 3 small pieces of fish and fries with the same slaw as me ! He was upset that the price $13.99 and you didn’t get your money worth he didn’t eat but a few fries some over dome and slaw was dry. The drinks were good Long Island Tea and a Pina Colada were very good

We found plenty of easy parking and were able to get a table very quickly. Our server was Spencer and he did an excellent job of using care of us. We split a salad and chicken tenders and our meal was very tastey.

My daughter and I were in Knoxville for soccer and decided to eat at O’Charleys. Yvette was absolutely amazing. The food was perfect. People don’t often take time to acknowledge good experiences and this was one of the best meals out we’ve had in years. Thank you!

Has O’Charleys changed the recipe of their potato soup or did they scrape this off the bottom of the pot add a bunch of cheese and forget to warm it up before they served it? The service was great. The biscuits were hot. The cheese sticks were also undercooked. What is going on? 🙁

I am so thankful that they still carry their family meals. I did a curbside pickup and it was so good, everything was hot and fresh. The order was ready when I got there and I hardly had to wait at all, maybe a couple of minutes. But, the main thing was it was still good, hot, and fresh when I got it home.

Absolutely the worst meal ever. We went on a Friday to have soup and salad special, that we’ve had so many times over the past decade. Nope. They don’t do that on Fridays. Are you for real???? Place was empty for a lunch time. Our waiter Troy was amazing and really helped us. Oh had the loaded potato soup & Caesar salad.

Ordered chicken tenders and fries and they were burnt and tasted like grease. Salad wasn’t good either. This used to be one of my go to restaurants but not anymore. I will definitely not be back!

I am utterly disgusted. I didn’t even get to the point of being greeted by a server due to going to the restroom and having the displeasure of watching a cockroach crawl all over the trash can beside the toilet. I walked to my table gathered my things showed a staff member and left immediately. You all need to fix that problem I will also be forwarding the images I have to a health inspector and have them come out to ensure that the roaches haven’t infested the food.
