We had a large, hungry group for dinner. Over 20 people. Our waitress was phenomenal! I can’t say enough good things about her. The service was astounding. One waitress handled the order.
She had a lot of help serving but everyone had a hot meal, cold drinks and a great time.

We had a new waiter and it showed. He was overwelmed but he tried. We had a party of 11 for a 80th birthday party. All but 3 people complained about there food. Refills on drinks took way to long. are bill was 355 and change and we still tipped him a hundred dollars because he was trying. Not a very good experience for all of us

This started out well. Our appetizer was the combo platter, and it was very good, so the fry cook was great. The sides were good but clearly microwaved, guessing by the inconsistent temp. Then the 20oz steaks we got were both cooked improperly, and they got ours switched up. My husband ordered medium rare, and the center was raw, and I mean purple raw. Then, to top off the night, the server put off checking us out at least 30 minutes after we were done. I had my card sitting on the table, and when she brought the check, she immediately walked away even though I said, “Please take it.” Goes and takes multiple orders and takes drinks and then comes back to get it. I get it. You’re busy. But that was excessive procrastination.

We were seated right away. I had the plank salmon and h7bby had a burger. The salmon plate had an upcharge of $2.49 for asparagus. No problem. But they were 10 very thin crispy spears that were somewhat burnt. The plank was burnt making the salmon tast somewhat burnt. The burger was basic. Food was $48 w 1 soft drink. I don’t mind paying for good food. This food was average. The wait staff was GREAT! Attentive and friendly and kind. Checked on us several times. Staff gets A+

The food is always good at Alcoa, TN O’Charleys. I’ve never been disappointed in the service until Saturday, 5/4. The waitress, Audrey, was not at all friendly or available. We literally waited on her, more than she waited on us. No drink refill, no condiments with our sandwiches. Couldn’t get her attention to ask for any. A very dry apology when we had to ask another waitress to help us. My advice, if you are seated in her section, ask to be moved or have another waiter/waitress serve you. We are 50% of the bill tippers, sorry Audrey you just didn’t deserve a cushy tip due to lack.

Our server Dawn was the most pleasant and outgoing employee I’ve been around in a while. She recognized that my 80 year old father was a veteran and talked to the manager to comp his meal for his service. That was above and beyond for Dawn to do that and immediately you could see how proud he was for his country and your establishment. Dawn deserves a giant pay raise for her kindness

Other than it taking a while to get service when we first came in I thought it was a great meal and exceptional service once we got it. We had the prime rib special for two people and it was very reasonably priced and it was a very good. The buttered rolls were warm and wonderful and the alcoholic beverages were delightful. It was very reasonably priced for the amount of food and quality of food and was an exceptional value.

Delicious dinner, amazing service! O’Charley’s is another great restaurant I really miss. I moved to Florida in 2017, and i haven’t dined at O’Charley’s since leaving Tennessee. After an excellent, enjoyable Friday night dinner, I realized how much I miss not having an O’Charley’s in my area. My friends and I decided to dine at the O’Charley’s in Alcoa for our obligatory Friday night out. O’Charley’s was an excellent choice! The dining room and facilities are immaculate. The atmosphere perfect for a great conversation with friends. Naturally, being a Friday night, there was a very short wait prior to being seated in a very comfortable booth. All three of us ordered the Fried chicken tenders salad. This salad was always a favorite of mine from my many years ago. I was so happy to see it remains on the current menu. The salad was delicious; served with lots of breaded, fried chicken; tomatoes, cheese and honey mustard dressing. The highlight of our perfect evening; Chantelle, our awesome, amazing server!! Chantelle’s friendly, attentive service and kind, caring personality made our Friday night dinner absolutely perfect (Thanks Chantelle!!!!) Now having been temporarily displaced from my home in Florida and living in Tennessee again, I am anxious to return and expect O’Charley’s again (hopefully, Chantelle will be serving!!!)
