As the two of us walked in we were greeted warmly and taken immediately back to a booth. Within a minute our server introduced herself and took our order. Drinks and appetizers were brought to us within a few minutes. The loaded potato skins were delicious. Also the appetizers were 50% off regular price during Happy Hour from 3pm to 6pm. On Wednesday it is also FREE Pie Day. After our delicious meals, I chose a free Caramel Pie and my wife chose a free Cherry Pie. Awesome desserts. I recommend this O’Charley’s Restaurant & Bar.

It was my 1st time ever checking out this restaurant chain since we don’t have one where I live. The food was decent, but the portions were pretty small. The Southern style chicken tenders did not come out like it was pictured in the menu and it was missing the side of gravy as well and I had to ask for it. The onions weren’t glazed and almost uncooked. Despite average food and atmosphere, the service was fantastic. Our server was very friendly and very attentive. Some of the best service I’ve ever had.

Overall it was an “okay” experience. I requested medium well steak – it was served well done. Mac n cheese was too dry (not enough cheese). Server was a bit slow – had to ask 3 times for Heinz 57 sauce and ketchup (requested at ordering time- had to ask twice after food was served). Sweet tea was great, though! We will probably make a return trip at some point. My family does enjoy the $6 chicken tenders and side deal they currently offer on Mondays.

Hello, hungry people. My wife and I went to an O’Charley’s in a different city about five years ago and were happy to find one much closer to home.
Before I continue, a word about my reviews. I don’t talk about nor take pictures of food. Almost every reviewer does that. No more needed. I almost never talk about the staff or service. Again, a lot of those types of reviews are already here. “Well, gee,” you might ask, “what do you talk about?” Glad you asked. I look at the place itself. Check my pictures and read on. WARNING! I tend to get a bit wordy.
First off, the place wasn’t very crowded for a late Saturday afternoon. Perhaps the stormy forecast kept folks home that day. While waiting for our orders, I watched a group of servers clean up after a large family gathering had left. One thing stood out. A server used some type of cleaning solution to wipe down the tables. Good. However, when finished, the person put the stuff away and picked up some plates and dinnerware. Hands were not washed after using the spray bottle and cleaning cloth, which probably had been used repeatedly most of the day.
After eating, I needed to wash my hands so off to the men’s room I go. Please look at my photos and read the captions. The door did not close all the way, and inside was not a pretty scene. I don’t know if the ladies’ room was as bad or not, couldn’t go in there. To get back to the table, I walked along a short hallway, which has a small wall with glass (?) panels separating it from the bar area. Most of the panels were smudged and splattered.
Overall, the experience wasn’t too bad. Management just needs to do some fixing up and do a better job at cleaning. Perhaps have the staff clean some glass panels instead of sitting down or talking with the cooks.
Well, I’m finished. Until next time, bye!

Just two weary travelers looking for a decent meal at a fair price. Our first visit to this chain and we were really pleased. Upon entering we were warmly greeted by the hostess and directed to our table. Our server, Morgan, was outstanding in both service and personality. We chose a couple of options off the $9.99 value meals and were thrilled with our choices. The chicken tenders were all white meat and lightly breaded, very tasty and plentiful. To top it all off we happened to be there on Wednesday which is free pie Wednesday. So for less than $10 we got a very filling and tasty meal plus a wonderful dessert. Give this place a try, you won’t be sorry.

The rolls and salad with honey mustard were delicious. Unfortunately both of our entrees were laughably bad. This is what I was served – meatloaf with a “tomato sauce” aka a squirt of ketchup. The meatloaf was cold in the middle and the baked potato skin was so rubbery I could barely chew it. Chef Microwave was off his game tonight. My friend’s chicken with honey drizzle looked like a McChicken patty from down the street. The server was very sweet, but we were in disbelief when she served us these dishes. Paid $30 for this.

Was leaving Walmart and saw a sign saying prime rib is back so I decided to pull in and try it. The service was fantastic and the prime rib nearly melted in my mouth. Will definitely be back next weekend!

We went as a big group for my fathers birthday! There were 17 of us to one server! Her name was Ally, and we could not have had a better server! She was very polite, patient, and quick to deliver everything we asked for! Highly satisfied with the services received! Would definitely go back again for upcoming celebrations!

The potato soup has gone way down hill, but our server was amazing. Olivia was courteous, attentive, and upbeat. We would dine here again, for sure.
