I will have to agree with some here. Dine in is usually good. This is my first to.go order from them. It was definitely under par. The only good thing was the soup. Rolls were hard and cold, all the food except the soup was cold. I definitely don’t think I’ll order to go from here again.

**IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: Do NOT order food to go. The rolls are undercooked or hard as rocks, the food is tiny portions, never fresh, steak will be raw even if you order it well done, and they will always forget something somehow. My ToGo rating for here after about 10 times or ordering ToGo is a 2 at best.** However, DineIn is always good; so I’m rating based on dine in experience. Service is always good & friendly, food is good portions and always fresh. I recommend dine in, but please spare yourself the trouble and don’t get it ToGo.

Do not eat here!!!
Will not go here again. Ordered delivery for supper, and OMG the 4 piece chicken tender meal with Mac and cheese, the tenders were so small (length of a soda can as wide as your thumb)!!! And the Mac and cheese is dry and tasteless. The steak meal my son ordered 6oz my left foot that was smaller than a hockey puck!!! And my hamburger was more suited for a child than adult the patties we’re so thin they overcooked and it was dry. The onions were thicker than my meat. Also the rolls, which we normally love were hard and dry. Will not be going back here. Spent $60 for what is only worth 25-30 tops.
Food was good, the best item was the meatball appetizer. The individual that seated us was slightly rude and our server looked like they wanted to be elsewhere. Our server was very polite and respectful without hounding us to leave. Overall a very pleasant lunch

My waitress was friendly and accommodating. But the food service is slow. I only saw three people doing the serving and one of those was the bar tender and one was having to seat people as well as wait tables. The people that arrived after us had their drinks, rolls and food before us. It was 4 in our party and 3 in theirs so it shouldn’t have made a difference. Food was okay but nothing that I would ask for again. Shrimp and grits were called Cajun style but I think what they called Cajun was too much black pepper and a piece of bell pepper. The place is looking worn and unkempt . A large patch of wall paper is peeling off, the tables are scuffed which kept me checking to see if they were clean and while waiting on food you really notice these things. I do think they were clean and wear doesn’t bother me but o’charleys is not what it was 20 years ago.

The food was fine, about what you’d expect from O’Charley’s, but the real highlight of the night was our server, Mark (nicknamed Dobby by the staff). He absolutely saved the day after what had been a rough one.
I haven’t visited this location in a while due to past service, but thanks to Mark, I’ll definitely be back and be asking for him when I do. He went above and beyond to make sure our entire extended family had a great dinner.
Give that man a raise…..and maybe a sock.

Food was good. I’m a big fan of the chipotle chicken tenders. Service wasn’t bad. I asked for a half size salad & was given a giant salad & charged for the giant salad, apart from that, & the fact the dining room needs an upgraded overhaul, it was a pleasant experience.

Further Update: Manager offered a small gesture of good will by saying I would receive a $20 eGift Card. That was weeks ago and nothing has shown up in my email. Oh well.
Update: The manager of the restaurant has reached out to me in an effort to make things right. A very stand-up move and it is appreciated.
I ordered the appetizer sampler that includes their supposedly famous chicken tenders, pepper jack wedges, and potato skins. Everything was ice cold. The tenders were pathetic excuses for chicken. Thin, narrow, and 90% breading. Cheese had already solidified. The only edible option was the potato skins.

Our low quality food on Thursday November 13 was not apologized for only received a small discount for added bell pepper and onion on our quisadias. Do not leave until they compensate for poor quality food. I will not go back and willwarn other people.
