Stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner. Fast friendly service and hot delicious food. I had the balsamic glazed chicken with asparagus and loaded baked potato. Baked potato was cooked to perfection and the chicken was juicy with lots of flavor. My husband had the cajun pasta and he enjoyed it as well. The establishment was clean with lots of friendly faces.

Natalie is a fantastic waitress in every way! The food was absolutely delicious! So they must have great cooks too! The young lady that seats you also cleans the table after people leave. We went because Outback in Lebanon doesn’t know how to cook a steak well done. I explained to the waitress the situation and asked her to make sure my steak was extra well done. I cut into it and it was bloody. They took it back and put it on the grill while we waited 15 minutes. It came back like shoe leather that my dog may not even be able to eat. I talked to the manager and he said “sorry”. Well I’m sorry that we will never eat there again and that we wasted our money and time. Paid full price plus a tip for something that is not going to get eaten!

I’ve eaten at other ocharleys and the food has always been incredible. This was not the case at this location. They did not have ribeye, only sirloin. I couldn’t find much of anything that looked good, so I ordered the steak, ribs, and tenders. The steak came out with no seasoning. I let my server know and she said it’s supposed to come with seasoning, and I replied that it’s just bland steak. She went to the kitchen and came back with garlic butter. I put it on my steak and then she informed me that I would be charged for it. So now I’m being charged for your mistake. I was thinking about asking for the manager, but I just won’t return. If this is the way you do business, you don’t need mine. When your chicken tenders are the highlight of the meal, you’re doing something wrong. Won’t be returning

The food is usually pretty good here. O Charley’s is one of my long time favorites. They ran a deal for $5 tenders, fries and a drink to go only. That was hands down the best basket of tenders I’ve gotten from o Charley’s in a while. It was very fresh and very delicious. The rolls are also my favorite.

This location has amazing staff. The service was just the right balance of attention and timing. The rolls were hot and fresh, the seafood was crisp and light and of course the pecan chicken salad was amazing as usual. Definitely one of the chains that has stood the test of time.

My husbands family came from Indiana to visit so we went out to eat here & it was delicious! I got the chicken Alfredo and it definitely raised my standards for chicken Alfredo! We had a child with us that is special needs and wasn’t necessarily the quietest that night, but the staff and the people around us were very kind and understanding about the situation!
