The lady that was the greeter was rude! Not welcoming, my grandson and stood their 5-7 minutes, waiting to be seated. She sat us at a booth right up front. She never said who our waiter or waitress gonna be. She only grabbed one silverware instead of two. I had ordered virgin strawberry margarita. It was not thick, and you could not taste the strawberries. It was very running, It was so watered down . The food quality if they had a button for negative 0, I would have selected that for sure. The food was “NASTY”, the rolls was not fluffy seems as they gave us old bread . I ordered the catfish plate very disappointing. They need to call it catfish nuggets. Got my grandson the kids meals chicken nuggets and fries. Thr fries was hot nuggets luke warm. Now our Waitress Ms. Kendra she was simple amazing . She is “GOOD AT WHAT SHE DO” SHE NEEDS A PAY RAISE, not 2.00 give her a $10.00 raise.

I got a to go order of the “FAMOUS” chicken tenders meal they were cold to the touch as soon as I got them and they turned to dust in my mouth they were so dry. My order was at 5:30 right at dinner u can’t understand why they would be so cold and old tasting very sad. Also what’s up with the sides the container is 1/3 of the way full for 2.99 they should be full. This will be my last time wasting money at o’charleys.

Disappointing. The place was understaffed. The “patio” (indoor seating by the window beyond the bar) was freezing , it was in the 30’s outside and not much warmer inside.
Server was nice but overwhelmed. Food took a long time to come out and we never got drink refills.
We had 2 orders of loaded potato soup. We only got one but that was good because it tasted sour like it was bad. You can see from the picture we didn’t eat much of it. Spinach artichoke dip also tasted off, salsa was good though. Shrimp & Grits had good flavor but seemed to have sat under the warmer too long. Parts of it at the bottom was dry and crunchy and parts of the outside was cold.
Overall, really disappointing experience. We used to really like it here but doubt we’ll be coming back.

Salad was fresh. Ribs tasted good, but a little dry and not really fall off the bone as to some I have tried. Chicken strips were most and flavorful. A large group came in, so it was a loud atmosphere after that. Our waiter was very kind and attentive. Would recommend.

This was my first time back to an O’Charley’s since moving back to TN and first time ever for my girlfriend. The atmosphere was nice, the place was clean and they had a special table set up for skiers that couldn’t be there with us. One strangebthing was that our booth vibrated the entire time – I believe the walk in cooler must have been on the other side of the wall. So strange. The food was a mixed bag. The chicken tortilla soup was bad, nothing but an onion broth with one tiny piece of chicken in the whole bowl. The server didn’t even charge us since we hardly ate any of it. Our salmon tasted good, but UT wasn’t blackened as we had ordered it. The chicken tenders were fine, and the cobbler was quite good. Service was friendly and good.

We had a reservation for 25-40 people after APSU graduation on 12/12/2025. The room and tables were set and no waiting, manager was friendly and very accommodating!! Food was on point hot fresh and very good. I think the most special thing was the server, (Darlean) friendly, patient, took orders correctly and she kept the glasses full. What an amazing experience! Thank You O’Charley’s for a wonderful experience and lunch.

I really enjoyed my visit on 10-11-25. My waiter was Jerry, and he was so nice and I love how he is a people person. He made me and my boyfriend feel welcomed. He even has a bubbly attitude which I liked. He seemed to care about us as a customer, and I just want him to receive a nice reward at work for this.
A lot of times, you only hear the negative and it is nice to hear positive as well.

Food was ok, the rolls didn’t taste very fresh, maybe it has been a while since I ate there. The pork loin was tasty, the green onions were all over the place. The broccoli was a little tough. The ceaser salad was heavenly dressed, not sure if that was normal. Staff was friendly, bartender was very nice, she kept my coffee cup full. I’ll try them again, maybe they were just really busy on Veterans Day.

My wife was there recently for lunch. We are always looking for a place to go for dinner that reminds us of our food experiences back home. So far it’s been disappointing at best. This was my first visit and my wife’s third time. I’m happy with the lunch specials we had, but like most restaurants in Clarksville, the outside of the restaurant appears rundown. The building itself looks tired, the parking lot was littered with trash and the landscaping looks worn out. Part of the restaurant experience is curb appeal then the vibe, service and the quality of food. Curb appeal and vibe is severely lacking in Clarksville. O Charley’s is no different.

Edited to add: (January 12, 2026) I reached out as requested below from our visit on 12/21/25 and still no resolve, after spending the amount we did and the service and food was such a disappointment and no resolve, we won’t be back! We will gladly spend out money elsewhere
We were a party of 6 (1 being a child) that came in tonight 12/21/25 for dinner, we waited out front for about 10-15 minutes prior to anyone noticing us at all, then wait time for a table was about another 20 minutes, the dining room wasn’t busy at all. Once seated our server was friendly and got our drink & appetizer orders and those came out fairly quickly, once we ordered our main course, we waited atleast 45+ minutes for food to come out, my husband was honestly ready to just pay for our drinks and appetizers and leave at this point. Our food finally arrived, both my daughter and my husband’s steaks were under cooked, my husband’s baked potato was still hard as a rock, sent it back. The server did say the manager discounted us for the baked potato. The other dishes were just okay…not a really good experience at all and definitely not worth the $170 we spent!!! We did tip our server, as she was nice and what came out of the kitchen was not her fault. Overall, a disappointing experience
