Don’t come here if you’re wanting good food and a good atmosphere. Came here for dinner and was severely disappointed. We ordered the steak and tenders with fries and Mac and cheese. We had to remind the server that we were missing our tenders, and when they did come out they were old and greasy. The fries were dismal and the steak was gross. When I requested new tenders and fries (this is a $20 plate mind you) the server said “you don’t like them?”. The food was taken back and “fresh” ones were brought out. Honestly, I’m not too convinced that we got new food. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Take your family and money elsewhere.

Went here for dinner with a co-worker (my first time EVER being here). We both placed our order (being only the 3rd table sitting down in the establishment) we thought service would be great (boy were we wrong!) We both ordered the Cajun steak (mediem), my friend ordered a salad and summer corn (requesting that the salad come out first). I ordered asparagus and the summer corn.

I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience. We got plenty of food and the service was great! My husband alwaus gets the Louisiana steak and always says it’s the best steak he has ever gotten. I got a combination plate with ribs and chicken strips and they were both great! You can’t go wrong with O’Charlie’S!!

It was good. Food tasted great staff was from another planet although friendly. It is kind of hot inside so if I was sweating I imagine how miserable it must be for workers. Other than that great place good selection and margaritas that are 4$ a piece

Upon entering, I noticed a funny smell. We got seated and I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta. It was ok. The chicken was rubbery, tasted like frozen chicken. The pasta was good. The Cajun spice was very light. Would have given less stars if the pasta wasn’t passable. Service was good. Bathroom was clean. I may try a burger next time.

I really like O’Charley’s. Food is usually fantastic. Unfortunately, the last couple times we’ve been out there, the service from one particular server was terrible. I don’t like to call out servers, because I know it’s a tough job. However, Zack needs to be called out. He always seems to be too bothered to do anything. He doesn’t check on his tables. He just has an attitude of indifference. We’re going to start specifically asking not to be seated in his section from now on. Please retrain or have a serious talk with him.

Food was good, just a little cold. Maybe set too long before being brought to the table. Waitress was super friendly and seemed attentive. The hostess station had a lot of the employees standing around and talking and laughing… which was annoying since we were seated right there near them. Also, seemed like every employee there was a high school student…which is fine if they are working and not cutting up. I would revisit this location…but it won’t be anytime soon.

Arrived before 8, they close at 9. We waited for over 45 minutrs before our order was taken. It took over an hour to get our food. Chicken nuggets were very small and only 4 served. Steak was suppose to be medium well but it wasn’t cooked all the way and poor piece of meat jumped up and ran around restaurant. We had to get our own to go containers and waited way too long for our receipt. There was a party of 11 at one table along with 8 other tables with customers and a couple at the bar. On our way out we were notified that there was only 1 waitress (who was so frazzled) along with a bartender who only serviced the couple at the bar. We were not even offered a discount or free meal for our inconvenience. We will definitely never be eating there again. Price for food we got was way overpriced.
