Food was okay. Steak was way too salty. Shrimp was fine. Nothing special. We stopped going to o’charlies in Monroe because of poor service. So now we figured we would go to this one and see how things were. It was fine. But food quality isn’t good enough to come back. Applebee’s and chili’s are both better.

In the area for a car audio show, traveling from Chicago, our first dinner in the area.

It was good, gave the food 4 stars because I wasn’t a fan of how the ribs were cooked. Kinda tough and chewy, didn’t fall off the bone as described. For the price I expected a bit more from the ribs. I did take a bit of my partners steak. Even though he gets well done, it was very good and flavorful,(I like a juicer steak usually).

It was calm and quiet except for all the loud trucks racing by on the street lol.

Our server was a sweetheart, I believe her name was Lisa. Hard working and attentive!

Next year, if we attend this event for a second year, we will come back with more business!

Food tasted great but I ordered the steak Alfredo and half of the steak chunks were nothing but fat, it’s like they save the steak trimmings for this dish. If one piece of that fat had gone into my mouth I would have vomited. OCharlies you have lost my business!!!!

Love this place! Everytime we go out sever Angie is amazing! Food always right, service amazing and we always feel at home here. Being a mom with 2 kids this is the only place I really feel like no judgement from anyone, especially tonight on our daughters 5th birthday.

Best place for sure, and will always be our number one spot as a family.

We were sat almost immediately. I did have to clean off my seat. The table was slightly sticky.

Service: Our server was Nia. She was very nice and attentive. We did have to keep reminding her for things, but it was late, so she may have had an already long day.

Food- We ordered loaded potato soups and a side salad for our appetizers and of course had the rolls! They were all delicious.

Our daughter ordered a Cheeseburger and fries. She enjoyed it.

Me and my husband ordered the Southern Surf and Turf. Y’all, I honestly do not know what happened to O’Charley’s. Or maybe it’s the location because we go a few times a year in Georgia. When I tell you everything was small on the plate! It was like mini stuffed crab, mini catfish strips and one and a half tenders and the tenders were about a minute or two overcooked. The fries were bigger. They forgot our shrimp, so they had to bring it out later, but we were packing up our food.

I think O’Charley’s is good, but this day wasn’t a great one.

We came in for an afternoon lunch. Hardly anyone there. One server. She took our drink order and was gone like 15 minutes before we received our drinks. She took our food order, we both had the Cheddar Bacon Burger, no pink. It took 30 mins to get the food just to discover both the burgers were burnt and the buns were even burnt. We told the waitress, she got the manager to come over. The manager was very nice, apologized for the mishap and comped our whole meal. All that to say this.
We remember when Ocharleys used to be the place to go to get a decent meal. Quality has went down a lot. The cook should be reprimanded and taught how to cook.

I was not impressed with the service, the prices, and the quality of the food. I stopped in because of the Prime Rib special banner outside. Not much of a special for the price of the serving. I didn’t get it and ordered a Rueban. Not very good at all. You would think a place named like this would have the best rueban sandwich..NOPE. Was not impressed. Have your wallet packed with bills or space on your credit card.

I ordered Sirloin steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli to go. I ordered my steak medium it was over cooked, the potatoes were salty and looked a little burnt, the broccoli was the best part. Even the roll was dry. I took it back the manager was really nice and had everything remade. I cut into the steak and tasted it before I left. I didn’t really have the heart to tell her it was to seasoned and definitely not medium. Potatoes were still awful. Needless to say the food went straight in the trash. I don’t think the cook that day knew the difference between medium and over cooked. If you want steak I highly recommend you go elsewhere. I use to love this place but after this experience the love is gone.

Came in with my wife to get a little food, service is alright, not the greatest. Upon ordering my food, I received a Louisiana steak(asked for medium rare) it came out blue rare, upon telling them just a little more cook time they burnt the steak and it was disgusting, the chef doesn’t know how to cook steak, that’s for sure!
