My first time at an O’Charley’s restaurant. I enjoyed the decor and the people there were very nice. My server was very helpful. I don’t remember the name of my dish but it was some sort of grilled salmon. I remember the asparagus was delicious. And my sweet tea was just right. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

Had such a great experience tonight. Our server Ally (I think that’s how you spell her name) was amazing. She was so quick and friendly. Our food also tasted amazing. My husband and I both got a steak and they came out perfect on the first try. The cook staff was awesome, they were short staffed tonight and still did an awesome job with service and food.

I’ve never had an unpleasant experience at O’Charley’s, and this time was no different! I hadn’t dined inside since before the pandemic, and the food and service were of the same great quality I recalled. I ordered the Bacon Cheddar Burger, but substituted bleu cheese crumbles for the cheddar and had Mashed Sweet Potatoes as my side. It was a lunch made in heaven! They also had the Free Pie Wednesday promotion going on and, just as I remembered, the Key Lime Pie was delicious! Our server was friendly and very attentive, as well! A+++!

This is the worst experience I have EVER had the bread crumbled when I broke it in half the potato was so dry and the portion was nothing like you would get in restaurant. I can’t believe some one actually packaged this to go meal. Will never order from here again

Bad service, but horrible food. Our food came out cold and not savory. The broccoli wasn’t steamed well, rolls didn’t rise, ribs were under seasoned and dry, the drinks were watered down and the staff/management need to be retrained. The experience was brought to the attention and the response was “well I’ll fix the food over.” When it was brought back the second time it still wasn’t good.

The food is HORRIBLE!!! I used to love eating here, but I will NOT be returning. This is my ceasar salad and I had to ask for the croutons. It was drowning in dressing. I couldn’t eat it.

No major complaints here. I’m just not a huge fan of the steak and salmon dishes. Aside from that, they don’t taste bad and are fairly priced. I would still choose them over some of the other restaurants with similar types of menus.

Cajun pasta was horrible I had two bites and sent it back. My wife and aunt’s rice and asparagus was cold. The server was pleasant and the rolls were great but the entries were bad. Now my wife said the salmon was cooked and seasoned very well. I had to leave the store to get something to eat. Traveling from NC to VA to have lunch with my aunt was a let down with the quality of the food. I pray this was just a fluke because my aunt spoke highly of the place. Again my server was amazing.

The experience was a little strange. Good food, like I remember, friendly people like I remember, but it took more than two 20 minutes to get an extra my wife had ordered with her steak. Where I saw a server get on to the manager. It was also late in the evening on a free pie day, and we missed my wife’s favorite pie.
