10/31/25….. Let me start off with this restaurant is phenomenal! Amy and her entire team is professional, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming!! The food is amazing! They have food specials Monday-Fri. My server, Shannon is amazing, warm, kind, polite, professional and awesome!! I hope he is recognized for his amazing hospitality and kindness! Every other team member was amazing as well, I wish I had gotten there names. Keep up the amazing hospitality everyone!! Check out the food happy hour selection and amazing price point!! Tonight was my birthday and we had 9 guests for dinner. Amy was awesome as soon as we walked in the door!! Nathan was our server and was on top of everything. Our food came out in a timely order and everything was great. Thank you, good service is harder to come by these days.

Excellent food and superb service. We entered and were immediately greeted by a server. She (Regan) apologized that she wasn’t the hostess, but she would try her best. She did not disappoint. Her suggestions included the plank grilled salmon and the chicken harvest soup. I upgraded to a bowl (it was delicious), and it lived up to the “like pot pie” comparison. The chicken fingers were very good, as was the honey boom-boom sauce. Truly recommend.

I decided to give O’Charley’s a second try at a different location this time, and got my order to go. Everything was ready as soon as I arrived and packaged well, with napkins and utensils. I ordered the garlic steak pasta and caramel pie. The pasta was pretty good, I will say a few pieces of the steak were a little tough but still I give the pasta a decent 4/5. The caramel pie was yummy, I recommend for those who like desserts on the sweeter side. Just wish it would’ve came with the whipped cream and pecans. Overall my experience this time around was good and I wouldn’t mind visiting again!

After waiting a full hour, the food was overcooked and flavorless. The chef should be fired. The service was terrible. I had to constantly try to find the waiter. The Atmosphere is horrible and there’s trash all over the floor. I will NOT be returning. They might as well shut this place down.

Restaurant was short staffed, so the wait time to be seated were over 30 minutes even though there was plenty of tables open. The food was not the greatest and the steak was really dry. The service from the manager and waitress is what made it better, otherwise it would have been 1 star.

Let me first off start by saying I haven’t been to an O’Charleys in 5+ years.
It seems they have changed their menu but still have the basics, which are steak, burgers, ribs & tenders which they’ve always done well.
Anything outside of that, it is hit or miss. We did go twice within a 3 week period.
First their salad, the lettuce was wet & brown. I ended up picking the chicken out and ate most of the appetizer. It had a really good presentation though.
The nachos were not what I expected at all. They were a little bland and felt like it was missing something.
Their loaded potato skins are pretty good. This is my go to.
The ribs & steak are always fantastic. No complaints there.
O’Charleys is a good restaurant with pretty decent bar food. It doesn’t seem that they have changed their rolls. But if you go here, know they only do certain foods well all the time.

Once we got a waiter, everything was great. Waited 12 minutes after being seated for a server. (the store was waiting for 4:30 for the server to get on the clock) Our server was great.
