The staff that waited on us at the drive through was very unfriendly. Just took our money. Handed us our food. Never said a word! No hello, no thank you, nothing! Fish was good, got 4 little onion rings and a thimble sized container of cole slaw. Won’t go back to that location. . Got used to chick fil A’s friendly staff.

Fried pickles were good. Ordered the boneless wings special with fries and honey BBQ. The honey BBQ tasted like sweet and sour and not enough sauce. The fries got so soggy I couldn’t eat them due to the condensation in the container. (2 Stars)
Update: I gave them another chance. The wings are good. I switched to the Honey Gold sauce and it’s better than the BBQ sauce. The fries still get soggy due to condensiation but I order a cup of cheese sauce on the side. Side note: I always get the sauce for my wings on the side. (4 Stars)

The day shift is definitely better than the night shift. I always order a catfish fillet with extra seasoning and I never get the extra seasoning! It looks like they didn’t put any on my fish at all! The service was slow and had too many inconvenient wait times.

This was Second time eating there and this time if I could have given them a 0 I would. First time was Great but it was a few years ago. Today when we got our food it was as if we being rushed out of the drive thru and had multiple parts of our order missing out of the bag .A side and a cheese cake,catfish fillet had no seasonings but had bones. Not even a utensil what so ever in the bag or even all the condiments that was ask for. Wasn’t even worth the time to turn around and go back. I’m all for supporting local businesses but honestly I Wouldn’t recommend..

Horrible service! Called in an order and was told 20 min. Arrived at drive through and through speaker said I had a pick up and gave name and told to pull ahead. Paid at window then waited about 10 min and was told to pull up by bushes and she’d bring it out. Another 10 min go by. My mom walked back to the window. The girl working says with an attitude, “you want it cooked right?” Then goes on to say we had a large order (20 wings/12 catfish) and they weren’t going to cook it until we got there. This was never stated when we called in the order. We wait another 20 minutes and my aunt went inside. That same girl had an attitude with her and asked again if we wanted the food cooked. She never offered an apology or anything and to have an attitude with us, is very wrong. Will never be back!!
