Absolutely the worst food on the Boardwalk!! My husband & I were 1 of 4 tables with customers. The eggs Benedict was horrendous, the home fries were dry as sawdust, and the western omelet was watery & runny!! Our server never came back one time to see if we needed drink refills, and the staff could be heard laughing & carrying on in the back room. And above all else, the prices were sky high!! Save your money & DON’T EVER EAT HERE!!!!!

We went for breakfast. Our server was the only good thing about this place. She was attentive and cheerful. As for the food, overpriced and barely edible. The kitchen has too free a hand with the salt. We only wanted to get out of there quickly. I hope our server finds a better job elsewhere.

First they do not offer separate checks which I knew this from the reviews. Not sure why, but it can be an inconvenience to the customer, the one that you are supposed to cater to. We saw the reviews as we wanted to try a few places each day. The food was ok which was expected. Nothing great like the Sahara Cafe where we had breakfast the day earlier. The hash browns are very bland and needed seasoning. The Omelette could have been fuller but was decent size. I would suggest if you offer toast, at least offer butter with it. Overall it is an okay place to eat and you get a view, but do not expect much.

I was so disappointed with my breakfast after the waiter said chip beef is not available I said it’s ok and he said he will just not charge me with the 1 pancake. My order arrived and my homefties were cold and burned and the eggs were both broke. We paid and left and checked the receipt to find out I was still charge for the pancake. For $13 its not worth it plus $3 for 1 pancake. But the servers were nice that’s why I’m giving 2 I just wished he was truthful to what he said. Not going there again.

Everyone was extremely nice and attentive. The lady waiting on us wanted to make sure that she got our orders in before it got super busy. The bacon and cheese omelette was good; the griddlecakes had an odd taste to them.

Worse food and worse service. We waited 25 mins just for someone to approach our table. Two tables behind us were served and seated after we sat down they all watched us sitting there waiting and no one came to our table. We had to go to the hostess station for service. Then they tell us there is no egg whites because of the bird flu yet my boyfriends father was able to order eggs over easy. We asked them if why they can’t just separate the eggs and the manager gave us an attitude about and and said she would check. She came back out and threw a plate of egg whites on the table in front of my boyfriend then continued to watch us eat 2 tables away. The food was terrible on top of it. My egg omelet wasn’t even cooked I couldn’t eat it. Never again

I have always eaten here with a group of close friends for breakfast every year when we go down to OC, sometimes even 2x a year. We always had great service and experiences until a few years ago. The server failed to tell us we could not split the check until we were all ready to leave and pay. This is a huge inconvenience to all of us. We figured they could make an exception if the policy had changed and we were not told up front. NOPE, they lost our business for good. Nobody seemed to care that we were upset about the situation and care at all. Not to mention the prices seemed jacked up and we waited FOREVER for our food. Not sure if they changed management/owners or what but I was extremely disappointed and will not ever return.

Randomly happened to walk in for a dinner. Very happy with the place. I got the hamburger/crab burger combo and my wife got a chicken sandwich. Both were great. The service was quick and very polite. And a dinner for two for under $50.

Service was terrible. Waitress was rude and inattentive- like we were an inconvenience to her and didn’t know the answer to any question we asked her. I ordered a California dreaming sandwich which was more like a nightmare. The chicken was like rubber that I couldn’t bite through and the “chipotle” sauce was ranch dressing and hot sauce. Save your money and go else where.
