The staff was amazing. They were helpful and very knowledgeable about ingredients, the menu and sushi in general. Ok so get this, their imitation crab was gluten free. I have never seen that before. The manufacturer usually uses a gluten binder to make the fish taste like crab. There’s didn’t. For the first time since I can remember, my daughter was able to have a California roll. What a treat! Our waitress was great and brought her GF soy sauce without us asking. She really was amazing. Most people these days have lost the art of being an effective, friendly, personable and accommodating server. Extra stars for her. The sushi chefs were great also. They were quick and the combo of their rolls were imaginative. Our table of 7 doesn’t like cream cheese style rolls but I know a lot of Americans do. Best sushi in Salem and in general. Food is always so pretty and so good. I love every roll I’ve had, and I plan to try every roll they offer. Great service! Everyone is friendly and now that I go often I’m immediately recognized. It’s a great feeling. Super clean and really pretty paintings on the wall. Always playing good music too. I can’t recommend this place enough. I bring everyone I know from out of town here too. My favorite rolls are the Ninja and Buddha!

This is hands down my favorite sushi restaurant I’ve found thus far, I’ve pretty much become a regular lol. All ingredients are fresh and everything I’ve tried is delicious! As far as appetizers go, they are all great honestly. But some of my favorites are the cucumber and seaweed salads, fried calamari and miso soup. I always order the Salmon Nigiri as well as the Oregon Salmon Roll or the Spicy Salmon Roll because I’m a huge fan of salmon in general lol. But I’ve tried almost every roll now and they are all top tier no matter what you choose! I’ll also mention that the ramen bowl is delicious, as well as the Teriyaki and Yakisoba noodles. The waitresses are always super friendly and funny and they make the atmosphere and overall experience that much better. 10/10 would recommend!!

What an incredible spot! I stopped in for a quick bite and was absolutely blown away. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the experience even better. I enjoyed two hand rolls and a piece of nigiri—everything was fresh, flavorful, and expertly crafted. This is hands down some of the best sushi I’ve had. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out! Five stars all the way—I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend giving this place a try

The sushi is always delicious! Great portions, If you get takeout, you don’t get smaller rolls for doing so like with Momiji. Everything is yum yum yum! Lunch combo is my favorite. Sushi app is great, request all salmon if you like. They’ll oblige happily. 10/10 & thanks again for being so tasty/consistent!

Such a great little spot! A bit deceiving from the outside, but it has a nice family feel inside. All of the food was amazing! Beautiful fresh sushi and amazing yakisoba too! This will be our new go-to for sushi.
