Visited for happy hour on 10/28. Seated in the lounge area since the bar was full. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Didn’t catch her name but she had a slicked back long ponytail.
I ordered a gin and tonic and hubby had a “Hey Jealousy.” Both were good but hubby’s drink was very good! To eat, we ordered the sliders, truffle fries, chicken and wontons. Everything was pretty good. The sliders were a bit dry. We paid $100 for 2 drinks a piece and 4 appetizers. I thought the price was reasonable.

Super great experience here. Service and atmosphere are exquisite and the food was delicious. Perfectly cooked steak and huge portions! Ocean Steak is in a secluded area of Ocean Resort and it certainly feels extra special to visit there. It’s a great spot for an elegant dinner and an escape from the hustle of the casino. I would definitely visit here again and I highly recommend having a meal here.

We were 20 minutes late for our reservation and the hostess sat us right away, which my husband and I did not expect and would not have complained because it was our fault we were late, but the fact she did was wonderful, we then sat and had Elio as our server and he was the best, attentive and on point with his up scale dining service etiquette. We told him we were on a date night while our son was at a birthday party at showboat when we ordered our tomahawk steak (that was cooked to perfection) and our son had asked for us to bring him leftovers, so when we requested to have everything wrapped up when we finished he included utensils to go for him. Just extra thoughtfulness that is overlooked nowadays. Overall I would highly recommend this place when in AC!

10/10 Amazing steakhouse! Came here for my wife’s birthday and everything was perfect. Our server Elio went above and beyond, attentive, friendly, and made us feel at home. The steak was cooked to perfection, sides (asparagus & mashed potatoes) were delicious, and the cocktail was spot on. Elegant atmosphere, fair prices, and excellent service. Highly recommend ask for Elio!

Ocean Steak is located in Ocean Casino Resort on the casino level. They are open Tue – Thu 5PM – 10PM and Fri – Sat 5PM – 11PM.
My buddy and I stopped in for the first time last night with a 9:00 reservation. We were seated promptly.
We started with the NJ Diver Scallops, which came with a silky corn purée, chive oil, and a pop of tobiko. Yum!
For dinner, we shared the 26 oz bone-in ribeye, cooked to a perfect medium rare and bursting with flavor. On the side, we had the 5 cheese lobster Mac, roasted asparagus, and potato purée. Every dish was spot on!
Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite match the quality of food. Our server took our order and then disappeared, we actually had to flag down another staff member to find him. Thankfully, the food was outstanding and everything arrived as it should, so we were able to enjoy the meal without needing much else.

AMAZING experience at Ocean Steak! We came to AC for the first time for vacation and this dinner was on my husband’s birthday. Everything was incredible, including the service from our server and busser, the food (Cape May oysters, Wagyu filet mignon, NY strip au pouivre, and baked potato), drinks (heavy handed), and even a surprise dessert with a birthday candle! We’ve had many excellent meals at fine establishments, and this was definitely among the top!

I spent $163.00 on a meal for myself – that included one $19.00 drink. My cashier actually threw away my food – meant to take home. He brought me to go box and then next thing I know he picked up a dish with 75% of the Mac and lobster left and 60% of the sautéed spinach and threw it away. I was so annoyed and confused I told him he mind as well throw the 75% of the filet mignon, because I was looking forward to taking my meal back to my hotel and enjoying the rest of my dinner in peace.

We visited Ocean Steak on our most recent visit to Atlantic City. If you’re lucky enough, you can get a table over looking the ocean. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted by our team of servers. They were knowledgeable and very friendly. We ordered the surf and turf, chicken franchise, a side of mac and cheese, and the cauliflower au gratin. The filet mignon and the lobster tail melted in your mouth. They were also ample in size. The cost was $140, but it was well worth it. My husband had the $ 59, 3 course special. I’m not even a fan of chicken franchise, but this was exceptional. We didn’t even touch our sides and had to take them to go.
The bread and their special spread filled us up. Anthony was definitely part of our team as well as the son of a different server, who happened to be at the computer next to our table. We were complimenting the son, and the father was proud. The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. We also ordered a bottle of Reisling. We will definitely be back.
